Mind you I just purchased this purse brand new like 5 months ago. When I had explained/ asked why it looked like this. The manager wasn't friendly at all and was looking and talking to me like I was dumb and didn't know what I was talking about. She just kept saying " yea it's clean" , "leather doesn't look the same after you clean it" , false because I've seen how it looks clean, and it doesn't get back raggedy or worn. I even brought my mom purse to show comparison of how it looks side by side , they def spoiled the look. The supervisor should have perhaps told me a disclaimer or something. I don't know what cheap leather specialists they used, but future customers just be aware! And don't bring any leather items to get cleaned by them! Extremely clean; lots and lots of washers and dryers. While I was waiting for my clothes to finish washing, the worker came over to me and handed me 50 cents for the dryer - the first 16 minutes of drying is free! What a fantastic gesture! They also offer the first cup of soap for free but I opted to use my own. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property.
