Not sure if current owners are second or third management. The staff scheduled during visit is friendly. Washers seem recently updated as locks are newer. Coin changer is visible , laundry supplies are for ready purchase, service ( wash, dry , fold) is available, plenty of chairs and tables for folding are seen. Location is good, parking spot is easy to find, near commercial establishments. There is a snack and drinks vending machine that is new for me comparing to last visit.

I had to lug around 3 garbage bags of my clothes and walk in all of the piles of snow and ice we just got. Once I got here I asked if they accepted card and the woman working here said no no no and gestured for me to go away like I was bothering her. I had cash so I went to get a card for the machines and started to put my clothes in the drier. After I started the drier the same woman came up to me and said I'm not allowed back here because I wasn't supposed to just use the drier, I had to use the washing machines too. I had no idea and started apologizing saying "I'm so sorry I didn't know, my drier at just home broke--", and she was still very mad and just said okay don't come back here. I completely understand if a place has rules and I wasn't trying to blatantly go against them, I genuinely just had no idea. To immediately say, "don't come back here" is so beyond rude.

CAR MATS, the car mats you step on when you sit in a car. I have never in my entire life seen this before. There's people washing their clothes in these machines but you never know what people put in them. What makes it worst is the employee saw them putting the mats in the washer and didn't say anything. Nothing!! she didn't say nothing to them. After today, I will never come back here and I hope I'm not itching in my clothes because I don't know what was put in the washer before me. Extremely clean; lots and lots of washers and dryers. While I was waiting for my clothes to finish washing, the worker came over to me and handed me 50 cents for the dryer - the first 16 minutes of drying is free! What a fantastic gesture! They also offer the first cup of soap for free but I opted to use my own. They have multiple washer size ranging from $2 (8 machine), $2.25 (8 machine), $3.50 (3 machine), $4.50 (2 machine), $5.50 (1 machine) and plenty of dryers that are 25 cents for 7 mins. They also have 4 stations for folding and plenty of seats for sitting while you wait. Owner is very nice! Most laundromat owners would not change your dimes and nickels for quarters!! I think the only thing missing is giving customers free wi-fi access while they wait.
