They have 3 sizes of washers (at various price points) and dryers plus drop off service/dry cleaning too. The washers take quarters only but there's a machine that converts bills to quarters. The woman working there was friendly and helped answer our questions. The place was pretty empty on a Sat afternoon and the waiting area has seats, TVs, and magazines (plus wifi I believe). I had to lug around 3 garbage bags of my clothes and walk in all of the piles of snow and ice we just got. Once I got here I asked if they accepted card and the woman working here said no no no and gestured for me to go away like I was bothering her. I had cash so I went to get a card for the machines and started to put my clothes in the drier. After I started the drier the same woman came up to me and said I'm not allowed back here because I wasn't supposed to just use the drier, I had to use the washing machines too. I had no idea and started apologizing saying "I'm so sorry I didn't know, my drier at just home broke--", and she was still very mad and just said okay don't come back here. I completely understand if a place has rules and I wasn't trying to blatantly go against them, I genuinely just had no idea. To immediately say, "don't come back here" is so beyond rude.

When we came to pick up the dress there were dirty spots on the dress. We pointed this out to the owner and he said there was nothing he could do. After persistant insisting, he finally agreed to try to clean the spots. When we went for the finally pick up most of the spots were removed. The shop is very small and the floor is dirty. I think the spots on the dress came from the dress touching the floor. The cleaning and a storage box cost $400. We are very sorry that we used this cleaner and would not recommend it to anyone.
