The man has already mopped the floor and was just closing the door. I asked if he would please let us do a drop off. He smiled and took it. We had to bring the bags of clothes in and stepped on the floor. With all those footprint and mess we made, he still managed to do us the big favor. Then, we got a call saying they had to rewash everything because there was some "red stuff" in our bag. Told us there will be additional charge (very reasonable price + reasonable rewash charge). When we got there the man showed us what it was (my lipstick). He kept it to show us. And he was clear to us we might still find some staining on some of the clothes but he tried his best. During the conversation he instinctively put his hands together making a "rubbing/ wash by hand" movement, you can tell he really did put an effort to making sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. Been there a few times after that and am still very happy with them. Good price, good service, everything is always nicely folded. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And really do appreciate them staying open for us.

CAR MATS, the car mats you step on when you sit in a car. I have never in my entire life seen this before. There's people washing their clothes in these machines but you never know what people put in them. What makes it worst is the employee saw them putting the mats in the washer and didn't say anything. Nothing!! she didn't say nothing to them. After today, I will never come back here and I hope I'm not itching in my clothes because I don't know what was put in the washer before me. Please be careful where you wash your cloths. I will try to take a picture if possible but they keep looking around because I think they know the mats are not suppose to be in the washer. At that day I must do laundry because that was my only day off for the week. So I googled laundry near me and I discovered one of the best laundry facilities that I have been to. It was very clean, well maintenance, and modernized. All the machines are brand new. The things that I like the most are The drier has a cool down option so when I picked up it was not too hot to handle. The waiting room is air condition and has charging port to charge your phone while waiting for laundry. Convenient location on Bell Blvd with parking near by with CVS and supermarket in the back on the laundromats so you can shop while waiting. Eventhought the price is higher than other laundromat I have been to but the convenience of open 24 hours including holiday, it is still an ideal and a win for me and also to who has to do laundry while everywhere is already close. There are laundromats in my area, 3 within a two block radius, but they pale in comparison to Bayside Laundromat. These are the reasons why I will continue to drive out of my way: * the owners of this laundromat are a kind and friendly family. All help out if you need anything. They are always cleaning the floor, inspecting their machines and if a machine has gone down they fix it right away. * there is ample parking in the back of the store as well as street parking. If there isn't a spot to be found, there is a second lot across the street behind Key Food. * the neighborhood has a Starbucks, Dunkin', various Asian cuisine and Empanada spot. You can peruse the stores while you wait for your laundry to wash/dry. * Lastly, Alley Pond is down several blocks and after doing the laundry I often head there during warmer weather.
