It was short and efficient, but definitely not rushed--they were warm and accommodating, and clearly knew what they were doing. A few days later on Thursday, I got a text that the dress was ready! The owner wasn't sure he could entirely undo the damage but he said he would try and wouldn't charge me if he couldn't. While it wasn't possible to make the coat look exactly like new, Tiktok did a great job--as good as humanly possible, I'm sure--and the coat is wearable again. I was charged $10 less than the full price quoted, which I was happily prepared to pay. Everyone I interacted with on my two visits was incredibly sweet and eager to fix the problem.
