I've interacted with Sun King in so many ways (events, visiting multiple locations, brewery tours, etc.) and I've never once been disappointed. I'm a huge fan of Sun King! Fantastic beer - I've visited over 50 local breweries and Sun King is always top of my recommendation list. Amazing staff - everyone has always been friendly and accommodating. Incredible spaces - every location has something different to offer but I love the original. When the weather is nice, sitting on their patio is one of my favorite things. You can't go wrong with Sun King! Highly recommend a tour! I've done a few and they are so informative and fun!

Love to visit Sun King on College Ave. The La Marg nachos are always a hit. The service is efficient. We sat outside today and enjoyed the outdoor patio and excellent Adirondack chairs.

A flight is a great way to try their beers!

Wow! What a fun place! So good we went twice during our trip! Noelle and McKenzie were awesome as well as all staff! Greeted when we were arrived and surprised at how large this place was. It was clean and staff definitely took care of you. They have games and a giant connect four, as well as few pinball machines. There are so many beers to choose from and fans of their Sunrise Pachanga, Orange Cream & After Dark were outstanding but you can't go wrong with what you select! Had an Old Fashioned that they make and it was really good!

Finally got the opportunity to try out this place. The food is sorta like taco truck vibes in a very good way. I had a half nacho, my friends had tacos and burritos. All were very very good. They have many different draft options, I recommend the Pachanga beer.

A wide selection of beers available and large tap room. Also tons of guest beers and lots of beers to take from cans to tall boys to growlers. The service was right on par and friendly. The place is huge, lots of seating and space.

We stopped at Sun King Brewery before dinner, and this place is so cool! One of the best parts is the large parking lot, which is free to park in-- a great perk compared to many spots in downtown Indy that require you to pay a parking meter. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by friendly staff who offer the choice of sitting at the bar or at a table with service. We chose to sit at a table with service. We tried a few different beers, but my favorite was the Sunlight Cream Ale. If you are in the area, this is a must-stop spot!

Where are my Cold Brew Coffee Drinkers??? This is soooooo good?! Typically a stout is Heavy & so filling & I can't drink it. This is much lighter & smooth. Almost like drinking a nitro cold brew from your local coffee shop- without the nitro & adding some beer! Service is always great here . You can bring your kids, grab a snack (nachos are good) and just hang out. This time I opted just for some beer. Lots of specials- I love the growler specials on fridays! Come check them out!

This is where Sun King started right off of N. College Avenue. Sun King is everywhere now and that's a good thing. The inside is as you would think. A brewery actively making more and more cans. They have six locations in Indiana and one in Sarasota, Florida. I've tried the pineapple and strawberry Pachanagrita's those are great! I'm so glad they have Nacho by La Margarita! Oh my those nachos are delicious. A fresh sheet pan made to order of either chicken, chorizo, or black bean salsa nachos. They use a Sunlight Cream Ale Queso on them. They also collect pop, beer, and water tabs for Ronald McDonald House Charities. So, instead of throwing them away save them and bring them in. A pachanagrita and nachos is on the horizon!

The GFJ/ Grapefruit Jungle IPA which Steve and I found to be refreshing!

We got there early and were able to have some drinks and food, including the nachos. Man, I was not expecting BBQ sauce and like a mustardy sauce and cheese and it was flavor exploding, loved it. With the event we had catered pork/chicken as well as sides. Everything was great, the peppercorn dressing for the salad was so amazing, I would definitely think of a salad here in the future. The venue inside the space, with the car, is quaint with seating and you get to see everything happening outside the space as well. This last time, we were in the original Guggman Haus brewing building that houses the coffee. This is adorable! We had service the entire time, including a bartender and the beer. They made everything super easy and I would consider this space for a baby shower, bridal shower, etc. We had 25 people and it fit wonderfully. There is also outside space for overflow, so it makes it very reasonable. Now onto the beer! I had the IPA Riverside, very hazy with a great flavor. Then I went off the rocker and ordered some prickly pear drink, I was not expecting how good that was! Refreshing and light, easy to drink (probably too easy) and the flavor was perfect! Try it if you are there, it is a newer option. PROS: Parking easy, street and lot Many open spaces and areas to rent Games are included, so eat, drink and enjoy company They have trivia nights, woohoo CONS: Sometimes the food is not always a hit, nothing to state specifically today, but I recall in the past saying to myself, don't order that again. So, try everything and find what you like. The place is great and the beer/food options are good, so you will find something you like.

The brewery is housed inside a beautifully restored church, and walking in for the first time is worth the visit alone. The soaring ceilings, stained glass, and original architecture make for one of the coolest brewery spaces I've been to around Indianapolis. We stopped in during the early afternoon, so it was nice and quiet. We were greeted right away, and our server was incredibly friendly. She walked us through the beer flights, made some great recommendations, and never made us feel rushed. The flights were also surprisingly affordable, which made trying a few different brews an easy decision. For lunch, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries, while my friend went with the Italian sandwich. Both plates were generously portioned, and neither of us left hungry. The pulled pork was tender, flavorful, and piled high on the sandwich, while the fries were perfectly crispy alongside it. Between the quality of the food and the reasonable prices, it felt like an excellent value. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between historic and casual. TVs are scattered throughout if you're catching a game, music plays in the background, and despite the grand setting, it still feels comfortable enough to settle in for a while. Whether you're stopping by for a beer flight, lunch, or just to admire the incredible building, St. Joseph Brewery is well worth adding to your Indianapolis list. I'll definitely be back.
