Very pleased, nice work, reasonably priced! Had a '94 Jeep Wrangler side panel in the hard top that needed to be replaced. Durango Glass was right on it! They could do it no problem. Gave me a quote, set a date and done. Disappointed in Glass Masters and a few others in Durango. They told me they couldn't find the replacement part. Left a message on American Precision Auto Glass and they never called me back. Glad they couldn't because Durango Glass has my business now! read more

God awful company!! DO NOT do business with them. They do not run their business professionally what so ever and are very disrespectful and very rude towards their neighbors. Their is always broken glass everywhere in the streets that dogs walk on daily and they never do anything about it. Personally I have taken broken glass out of my dogs paw several times. Even after I have asked them several times to clean it up. They even went as far as kicking me out of their office because I would keep coming back to tell them that they still have yet to done anything about the broken glass. I brought in 3 window frames with broken glass from a 1958 camper trailer, and they did an awesome job especially with very old material. Speedy, high quality work, I would recommend. I read the few old/bad reviews they sound #1 old and #2 personal in nature. read more

Company changed hands. Just got a quote from them that was over TWICE what other glass companies bid. Also found the customer service lacking....they wouldnt come look at an exterior window that was broken..they demanded that we disassemble it and bring it to them. That was after we spent thousands with them for two tub enclosures. No Thanks read more

Having done business with Durango Glass for well over 30 years, I have been sorely disappointed since the recent ownership change. I've given them three tries now and left each time disappointed in customer service, which is a shame, especially after the degree of customer satisfaction I experienced with previous ownership. Do. Not. Use. Horrible service, wildly overpriced and rude, dishonest repairmen. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a windshield replaced and they threw out parts specific to my car (molding and clips). When addressed they denied (called me a liar- why I would lie about that I'm not quite sure- and who in their right mind calls a customer a liar?) and refuse to replace the parts (necessary for preventing water from getting into my engine). I've never written a review on yelp- likely won't ever again- if that can emphasis my distaste of this establishment. read more

When my car dealership wouldn't cover a windshield crack under the warranty, the experts of Durango Glass looked at it and confirmed it was a stress fracture, and not a chip (the crack happened on a clear 15-degree day when no one else was on the road and when the car had 2555 miles on it). Their expertise helped me go back to the dealership and stand my ground, which helped me get it covered under the warranty. I will definitely go back when I have other glass at home or on my car that needs replaced or repaired. read more

When Durango Glass replaced our windshield they threw away the certified Volvo parts, & rain & leaves seeped into our vehicle from the leakage over the ensuing months, damaging the interior of the car & fouling up systems. When I brought it to their attention the mgr. was rude & insulting to me & denied their mistake. The owner, however, called to apologize for the manager & refunded our payment. I'll give them 2 stars for that but I sure wouldn't use them again. read more

I just got shower/tub door installed in both of my bathrooms in my vacation condo in Tamarron by Rob from Durango Glass. He was courteous, professional and he cleaned up after himself afterwards. The doors look fabulous. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the price. It was bit steep. I really don't know if the price I had to pay was what they usually charge as Durango Handyman contracted them to come out and install the doors as they did not have enough men power or time. I would definitely use Durango Glass again. read more
