The inverter was replaced, the old unit removed, and everything was back up and running within a few hours. Pricing was fair compared to competitors, and the overall service was top shelf. From the beginning, I was extremely clear that I would only proceed if the rebate covered the full project cost and that I would not pay any non-refundable deposit. Their representative repeatedly assured me in writing that there were "no upfront fees or deposit required" and agreed to prepare contingency language allowing me to cancel without penalty if the funding was insufficient. After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

The installers were awesome and got me going quickly. So regarding the communication issues I had with the company, things happen, people get busy and sometimes delays do occur. I'm just glad we were able to get everything resolved. Pricing, I did get a couple of additional quotes and Option One blew them out of the water. Could it be those other companies assumed I needed the parts and labor? Maybe, but I was very clear that I had the parts already. Bottom line it never hurts getting quotes and going from there. Service, so I got all the paperwork done yesterday early afternoon and was scheduled today (5/1) at 8am. I do realize there needs to be a buffer between appointment time and actual arrival time, I usually just assume an hour after the appointment time. But the techs were here at almost exactly 8am. As I have very limited knowledge on solar panels, the fact none of them fell off my roof (panels or techs) and nothing blew up, then it's safe to say they did a fantastic job. In the end my system is fixed and I'm happy. Also if I ever need work done on my system again I'm calling these guys up.

I should've known better than moving forward with Celestial Solar from the start. After giving me…read morean initial quote, they came back and said they underpriced it because they "didn't realize" my roof wasn't a shingle roof. That should've been the first red flag. I've had them out for annual system checks, and last year I specifically told the technician that air bubbles were coming into the pool whenever the solar system was running. I was told they couldn't find any issues. Fast forward to this year during their $240 spring startup service, and suddenly they "find" a broken vacuum release valve...conveniently after the 3-year warranty had expired. I was quoted $100 for that repair, but ended up being charged $135 on the invoice. There was also an issue with the actuator, and I was told it would be $360 to replace it. I initially planned to order the parts myself and have someone else install them, but after the technician spoke with the office, they offered to waive the $240 spring startup fee if I moved forward with their actuator replacement. I agreed based on that. Two weeks later, I received an invoice charging me for everything -- the actuator, the vacuum release valve, and the spring startup fee that I was explicitly told would be waived. I responded and made it clear I would not be paying that fee based on what was agreed to. I received no response. Then, a few days later, they charged my credit card $765 without my authorization. They used card information from a previous year's maintenance payment. I have since contacted my bank, and the charge is currently under investigation as unauthorized. If this is not resolved, I will be pursuing further action. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Poor communication, inconsistent pricing, and now an unauthorized charge. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had an absolutely EXCELLENT experience hiring LITHIUM LLC to do my 200amp electrical panel…read moreupgrade. The owner 'Brent' is a pleasure to work with - honest, ethical, on time and true to his word. His prices are also the best in town. I had bids from $4k up to 16k for the exact same job from 8 different local electrical companies that I got quotes from. He also encouraged me to save money by pulling the $1400 city permit myself - which I was able to do all online. He expertly guided me through the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the end result. And his stucco 'finish work' around my new panel is outstanding. My 200amp panel and new mast plus the city permit ending up costing me a total of $4k -SO PLEASE - Do your self a favor if you need ANY electrical work done - call Brent at LITHIUM LLC and get it done right the first time by a licensed , insured electrician that really knows his business. He won't rip you off and his prices are literally half of what everybody else wants to charge you. He's also a super nice guy !!! Thank you Brent, you really deserve the 5 Star rating and A+++

I interviewed 5 electricians. The quotes were all over the place! The owner, Brent, provided me the most fair quote. He clearly explained what he was going to do and how that would fix my issue. He is responsive, stayed on time and worked directly with Riverside Public Utilities (RPU). Writing more now that the project is completed. Brent, the owner, did an excellent job on the panel upgrade. I no longer have any issues and now have an Electrician I can recommend and count on! And he kept my back patio super clean. Thank you!! I highly recommend this honest and professional electrician! You can count on Brent to do a great job and he's great with following up to make sure everything works!

Will update when I hear back. Would not recommend SolarMax at this point until they improve their customer service. Look into other companies and their service reviews since you will most likely have to contact them multiple times with questions about the system/billing. They were very prompt and quick with reaching out and getting back to us when they were trying to sell us solar. However, now that we have been customers for years and our sales rep left, it takes multiple calls to even get through to customer service and then multiple follow up calls after since they have to email other departments to get an answer and do not call back. It seems like they are short staffed and for a big company like this should invest in more staff for customer service. That way they can provide the same experience we received in the beginning. It's been almost a month after I initially contacted them and my question still has not been answered. Seems like there is only one customer service rep and she definitely needs help.

My family and I had solar panels installed by SolarMax several years ago. Recently, we noticed…read morewater damage in multiple areas of our home. After inspecting the roof, I discovered a very concerning issue. When SolarMax installed the solar panels, they hired a roofing company to modify the roof beforehand. That roofing work was never properly completed, leaving a large section of the roof without shingles and exposing bare wood. As a result, there are now multiple areas of our home showing signs of water intrusion and possible mold. I immediately contacted SolarMax and informed them that this was an urgent matter requiring prompt attention. More than 24 hours have passed, and I have not received a response. I was told they would reach out to the roofing company they used, but there has been no follow-up. What I do not understand is how SolarMax could proceed with installing the solar panels, mark the job as completed, and leave our home with such a significant roofing defect. I am extremely concerned about the potential extent of the damage to our home, as well as the possible health implications for my family. I have never had allergies in the past, yet I began experiencing them shortly after the panels were installed, which raises serious concerns about mold exposure. I am hopeful that SolarMax will take responsibility for this issue and fully address both the roofing defect and any resulting damage to our home. However, I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and urgency shown so far.
