I have never been so impressed with a company as I am with ICU Security! I called on a Monday…read moreexplaining I thought I needed a customer service call for my alarm system. I spoke with the owner Dave who asked me some clarifying questions about my issues. It was determined that I needed $100 worth of batteries to be changed. I told him that was okay I would just disconnect my system and proceeded to ask if he could help walk me through it. Dave kindly asked me why I would not have a security system (reminding me I had told him I did have a 12 yr old daughter who is at times alone). He immediately jumped in and said actually he would pay for the battery replacement and not charge me. He was so passionate about the peace of mind behind having our system operable! Not only that Dave made sure one of his team members changed all of our batteries on the very same day of my call. Unbelievable customer service! When I told my daughter the story that evening she was so touched that somebody cared so much about HER safety. She called her grandparents and told them the story! I can't say enough about how one act of kindness spread to so many people. I will be telling everybody I know about ICU Security, the company who is truly passionate about making our homes safe for our families. He did not just try to sell me on whatever speakers he had available - he took the extra step of searching for speakers with specs that would provide the optimal listening experience. He was able to set up the speakers in my home so that it's a user friendly experience, allowing me to control the sound and music in all of the different rooms. I came to visit my dad and help with an annual house cleaning. During said cleaning, I managed to…read moremess up a few cables behind the tv while dusting. Oops. Suddenly, no direct tv, no sound. We tried to reset the system, called the 1-800 number for Direct TV, etc. No help. So, I checked trusty Yelp, of course, and found this nice, local, independent Direct TV provider. They answered promptly and we're able to come by right away since they happened to be working nearby. I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. The two guys who came were very pleasant as well as prompt; the price was reasonable for a service call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a minute.

We initially met with Erik Schaff who discussed with us a detailed plan for our home. He gave us a proposal which was reasonable and well thought out. Immediately after signing our contract he had his technician install the new components in one day and we had security without any lapse in security services. We have had one minor incident which was immediately addressed and fixed by Wesley Winget their technician.
