This review is wayyy overdue we originally had Ruben come out to fix something a different handy man did and after that he became our go to handyman. Ruben is very knowledgeable and helps you to understand everything that he is doing! He is affordable and skilled! read more

We contacted SummitForge for a minor kitchen upgrade and ended up doing a complete remodel. Ruben asked what we were looking for and offered suggestions and fresh ideas. Melissa, project coordinator, was great and assisted with communication. Tony and the team that did the actual work were professional, attentive and very good on advice. After work was done I had a couple of items that needed attention and the team came in and fixed the items with no problem. Love my new kitchen! read more

Ruben, Tony and their team were extremely helpful during the most stressful period of owning my home. You're vulnerable, in need of help, and it's hard to know who to trust. SummitForge Construction did a beautiful job executing the vision I had for my master bathroom rebuild. They also were able to do it in half the time other firms promised. Ruben took a lot of care listening to my concerns and needs which were very detailed and specific - because I never want to go through a forced demolition and rebuild again. I think the service was extremely valuable, with attention to details and deadlines. Highly recommend. Would definitely work with them again. read more

From the first meeting, Ruben knew exactly how I had envisioned the room and to see it come to fruition was extremely satisfying. Tony and his team were very professional and respectful of our home. They did an excellent job of cleaning afterwards. Thanks again for the job well done! P.S. We have hired SummitForge for two jobs: the bathroom and the kitchen. SummitForge transformed both rooms into our dream bathroom and kitchen we have wanted for years. Ruben (contractor), along with Tony, modernized our bathroom and kitchen for both functionality and beauty. Their expertise on design options, products available, and best materials for usage were helpful and essential for my decision making. SummitForge made it easy for me to personalized our bathroom and kitchen for our particular use. SummitForge is a complete remodeling company. Ruben was always available and addressed all new ideas or challenges. His team did exceptional work in all aspects of remodeling. SummitForge exceeded my wife's expectations as well as mine. We definitely would use their services on our next project. We highly recommend SummitForge! read more

I was lowkey thinking about gatekeeping Ruben and his team but I'll be nice and share my experience for anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor! I talked to about 6-7 contractors in my search for the right team to do renovations for our commercial office space and from the get go I was impressed with how professional and communicative Ruben was. He was one of the only contractors who actually thought through the exact steps that needed to be taken for our reno so we could plan the steps accordingly to prevent pitfalls. He was very thoughtful and detailed in helping us plan out the renovation and was available to answer my many questions especially when I was ordering all the materials. We had a timeline we needed to stick to and Ruben and the team finished the project even sooner than anticipated with pretty much no hiccups along the way. We did new flooring, a complete bathroom reno and a few other things and overall it looks amazing. It's honestly hard to find a trustworthy, professional and experienced contractor but we're so happy we found Ruben, and am excited to keep using him for our next projects! read more

I would like to say that I was very impressed with Mr. Ruben Yepez, (owner) availability, punctuality, passion for listening, and addressing my questions. Ruben and his team recently did a partial remodel of our bathroom, replaced three inside doors, painted multiple rooms, and remodeled an office into a bedroom. The work he and his team was great. Ruben and his partner came and knocked out our laminate flooring installation in our hallway and bathroom, and they also got our baseboard all neatly installed as well. They worked efficiently and got it done in less than a work days time. I'm extremely happy with the work done on my new laundry room! The construction team was professional, friendly, and always on time. I'm a repeat customer and will continue working with Ruben on future projects soon. Thank you for a job well done! read more

Ruben and his partner Jesus were great! From day one contact his communication was great. Any questions we had he answered and his help with choosing materials was so helpful. Also, if he says something he will stand by it. His pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received and his work will speak for itself. If we had any issues we addressed it and he gladly helped. He removed our carpet, installed vinyl flooring, painted our walls, removed and installed baseboards, updated our outlets and a light switch, and some patch/texture repairs. We are very happy and impressed with the outcome! Will def use his services again! Thanks Ruben! read more

I had him install a ceiling fan. I used to do this kind of stuff myself, but since falling on my head and I have a big bruise, I have to take a little easier. I guess I'm not as young as I used to be. He came when he said he was gonna come. Kept me informed of his itineraryand just straight off didn't talk a lot and all that stuff just got the job done. Got the job done right at a fair price. I will definitely use them again and again. , I have three houses he will be my handyman for everything. He's young, creative and a man of his world. read more

Ruben was awesome. He was able to come by my condo and give me a quote and start the job very quickly which was great. I had 3 people before him try and install this cabinet and countertop in my kitchen that I added. All 3 did a horrible job and basically told me there was no better way to install it. Rueben came in and did what the 3 before him couldn't. My cabinet looks amazing, he was super easy to work with, very communicative and very polite. They cleaned up after the job and didn't leave a mess like the others before him did. Would definitely refer him to others and go to him for other jobs at my condo. Glad I took a chance on Yelp it was a great experience. read more

I had a new door and screen door installed and more recently a dryer vent replaced and a rain gutter downspout relocated. Everything Ruben has done has been solid work at a great price. Ruben is a great find! I came on YELP looking for someone to help me out with installing a shelf for my bathroom. It is a pretty heavy unit so having it installed properly on a stud was important since I was placing it above the toilet and didn't want it to fall on anyone. I placed a request on YELP and Ruben responded right away. His quote was reasonable so I decided to go with him. We were able to do most of our communication through YELP which was great and easy for me. We made arrangements for a date and time and Ruben was great about timing which is important to me since I work from home. Ruben showed up right when he said he would and since I was working . . . he came in and simply got to work. He was polite, professional and efficient. I also loved that he cleaned up after himself which I truly appreciated. I will definitely be calling him back soon. read more

Ruben's Handyman Services is by far one of the most professional, fair and quality work you can hire. Ruben, himself, was able to install my ceiling mount. We did go over a few details of the project, I even emailed him diagrams and pictures of the project I was looking to have done. Ruben was able to install the mount without any difficulties. In the end, he did fantastic work and most importantly, provided quality work. I will definitely hire Ruben again for any upcoming projects. Thank you Ruben, for the GREAT work. read more

After searching for a handyman for a month, finally found Ruben and he delivered! My parents needed an iron security door replaced in an awkward spot. Not only did Ruben show up prior to the start time, but he finished the install in less than 30mins - this has previously taken a couple of hours with others. He was professional from the initial inquiry and throughout the completion of the project; without a doubt, I would recommend his services for those seeking committed professionals. I normally don't do reviews but this one is a must! Lol I found Ruben on Yelp after my contractor left me with A LOT of unfinished work :( My dad is someone who has many talents and skills but I did not want to bother him for this type of work. (Even though he'd do anything for me for free lol) My first impression of Ruben was a VERY POSITIVE one. He is very professional, respectful, trustworthy, prompt with responding to any questions I may have, and overall a hardworking individual. I have been VERY SATISFIED with all of the work Ruben has done for me. Ruben was able to accomplish everything I asked him to do and EVEN BETTER than the previous contractor. I will continue to use Ruben's services for ALL of my future needs. If I am unsuccessful with little projects I try to tackle on by myself, Ruben is only a text message away and he will get it done for me! lol I still have many upcoming projects and I am excited to see the outcomes of each project with Ruben! Look no further for your next Handyman! Ruben is the BEST above the rest! lol read more
