Instead of apologizing, Brett Stevens (dude wears a soul patch, lol), recorded our conversation without my consent -- he threatened to sue for defamation for writing a one star review. I have nothing to gain by reporting an unsafe driver who publicly advertises a company I have never dealt with and never will.
