I highly recommend Gary from Bob's Lock, Safe, and Key!…read more Gary showed up promptly on the morning after Christmas to help me get into my new-to-me truck after the battery had been completely drained (my fault) and my sole key wouldn't turn the driver's door manual lock. Gary diagnosed the issue quickly, cut a new sturdy metal key to force the lock open (as a temporary workaround), thereby protecting my only key from potential damage, and he coordinated with their shop to order a replacement lock, the permanent fix for a known issue with my make & model, which I can have installed at their shop in a few days. Gary also jumped/charged my vehicle's battery for 10 minutes so it had enough power for him to program two new fob keys, at a very reasonable price, and he counseled me regarding how long it would take to fully charge my battery, both via highway driving and by A/C charger.
