The part arrived today and Caesar came back ASAP and began working on reinstalling the new system on the door. Once he arrived, he was very reassuring, as I am a mobile, but physically disabled person, and explained everything he was going to do. Including extracting the broken end of my key and creating a new one from the broken pieces.
