After what I just experienced, these guys have me for life. One of my kids locked our master bedroom door, and we were unable to unlock it. We called them on a referral from a friend, and it was 5 minutes before closing time. I didn't think I'd get service, or at least I'd be charged the overtime rate. Instead, they came extremely fast, had the lock unlocked quickly, with no damage, within a minute, and charged the regular rate. I'm so glad I followed the recommendations to use his company! I have a terrible "mom brain" and lock my keys in my car pretty frequently. I can't even remember who last got them out for me. But I do recall it was expensive and I wasn't overly impressed with waiting 6 hours for them to get to me. I called Superior and not only were they the best price, he was here in an hour! He was honest about the price to make a spare key to my car. I'd been told prices in the upwards of $125 range due to make and model. Nope! Superior saved the day! My elderly mother managed to lock her purse, phone, both car keys and her prescriptions in her car this morning. I called and they promised to be here in a half hour. 20 minutes later they arrived and had her car open in minutes. She was fearing a $100+ bill. She was pleasantly surprised at the $45 invoice. I first went to Lowe's to get this key made and they didn't have a key mold for my particular car. Lowes said "oh the closest place to get a key made like this would be downtown."
