I called to get information and was delighted to speak with people who really know their craft. They offered a more practical approach and it paid off. Thank you again. Super helpful, super informative. Glad I called! read more

In my hour of need, Superior came in with just the right touch. Braden jumped into action, Fast arrival, swift execution of the lock out. but more than that, we was extremely careful with the body and paint. I have a fully wrapped full size van... so it's definitely a great value that he was so careful. 10/10 recommend. read more

This is the second time we've used Superior Locksmith at our home and I can't say enough good things about them. Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. There were no hidden, last minute charges. They did what they said they were going to do for the price that was quoted. I hope I don't need a locksmith again, but if I do, this is who I will call. read more

We called Superior Locksmith when we needed all our doors re-keyed. Superior was great. They responded quickly, and had Dillon (hope that's right) out to do our job the same day. Very professional. Would highly recommend this locksmith company. read more

I have high security locks on my home and Superior has been nothing but very awesome. One of the owners spent about an hour with me going through all of my options for high security locks. I needed a spare key and called the store and they stayed open for a few extra minutes so that I didnt have to wait until Monday. I am acutally in the market for some more ASSA locks and I am going to head down there to get a few more. read more

Superior has made a numerous amont of keys for me over the years with zero problems. The last experience has guaranteed me as a customer. They recently re did the key assembly in our vehicle and as luck would have it things didn't go correctly. Jake spent hours making it right and they even ordered a brand new key to get it right. When things go wrong and get made right without a blink or a drop of sweat. They are the ones I want. read more

Writing a review for my mom: Dan from Superior has come out to my house on three different occasions to fix the same old door of mine. He's an all-around good guy. Honest, fair prices and very kind. Couldn't recommend them enough! read more

After what I just experienced, these guys have me for life. One of my kids locked our master bedroom door, and we were unable to unlock it. We called them on a referral from a friend, and it was 5 minutes before closing time. I didn't think I'd get service, or at least I'd be charged the overtime rate. Instead, they came extremely fast, had the lock unlocked quickly, with no damage, within a minute, and charged the regular rate. The tech, Anthony, was friendly, knowledgable, and made keys for the door for free! I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Professional and efficient. Prompt and helpful in explaining any questions. Communicates well.

I'm so glad I followed the recommendations to use his company! I have a terrible "mom brain" and lock my keys in my car pretty frequently. I can't even remember who last got them out for me. But I do recall it was expensive and I wasn't overly impressed with waiting 6 hours for them to get to me. I called Superior and not only were they the best price, he was here in an hour! He was honest about the price to make a spare key to my car. I'd been told prices in the upwards of $125 range due to make and model. Nope! He took one look at the key and said "I can make you one for about $5 out the door". I'll be going to their shop to order two spare keys and will happily refer anyone in the valley to this team of pros! So glad others took the time to review this company. I hope you'll use them and do so too. read more

Best locksmith ever! I was locked out of my house and Icalled some other locksmiths and they couldn't help me for a couple of hours for twice the money they charged. He said he would be here in 30 minutes and he was here in 15 minutes. He was professional and a nice guy. If you find yourself needing a locksmith you won't go wrong with this locksmith. A very grateful customer! read more

I would honestly rate 100 stars if I could. I had 4 other companies out to fix it 3 no luck just more problems and a lot more money with days of waiting for parts! I called superior at noon Dave arrived quickly and within the hour from my phone call it was 100% done!! With the lowest cost of quote I've been given. (I made a ton of phone calls) I truly almost kissed Dave on the mouth!!! Super knowledgeable and friendly from phonecall to complete such a awesome experience!! They have gained a loyal customer in me I will be recommend them to everyone!! Call them first save yourself a lot of time and frustration!! read more

Superior saved the day! My elderly mother managed to lock her purse, phone, both car keys and her prescriptions in her car this morning. I called and they promised to be here in a half hour. 20 minutes later they arrived and had her car open in minutes. She was fearing a $100+ bill. She was pleasantly surprised at the $45 invoice. In addition to the quick service they were also very cautious about security. I was the one outside and before leaving he required me to show him my ID, providing there was no theft or fraud going on. That impressed me more than the quick service. I have added Superior to my contacts! And will gladly recommend them to my friends and read more

I initially read all the reviews and was leery of any company with 5 stars across the board. After service today, I see why and they deserve it! We moved into a new home and requested a deadbolt be added and all keys re-keyed to one lock. Jake was on time, super professional and was easy to talk to (from one Star Wars nerd to another). He was really kind to my dog as well. Recommend these guys - 5 stars all the way! read more

I first went to Lowe's to get this key made and they didn't have a key mold for my particular car. Lowes said "oh the closest place to get a key made like this would be downtown." I thought "there's got to be someplace close!" Went on to yelp, and lo and behold a locksmith five minutes away! These guys are super professional and nice and make specializes keys. Super fast too! read more

After a terrible experience with a sketchy company, I went to Superior Locksmith. They were extremely professional and understood my frustrations. They got everything fixed up nicely and even gave me a discount to help offset the costs I got screwed on by the other company. I needed two auto keys replaced, upon arriving in their store, I was greeted by Greag who was upbeat, friendly and confident he would be able to duplicate my keys. Within a few minutes, he was done, and encouraged me to test the keys before I leave. It worked and very reasonable. If you are in need of duplicate keys, you must make it to Superior. They'll take care of you as they had with me. Thanks Greag for helping me! Gary. read more

We just bought a house and called Superior for help changing locks. Anthony showed up bright and early on the day of our appointment - even though our house is kind of far out... (6400 w 4000 s) ...
