Oh My Gosh!! I love these guys. We have used several other locksmiths and Lynn's was the hardest working and least expensive bill. Their bill was so fair and did extra work and didn't charge extra labor. They are number one for our Condo unit of 40 units. We love them. Jason was so knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get the hard job done when we had a door that kept sticking he fixed that while he was at it and didn't charge extra. I was excited I got a new biometric safe, but locked the keys and instructions inside fiddling with it. I felt really dumb and didn't know what to do. Initially I considered sending the whole safe back, but it seemed excessive so I called Lynn's lock shop to see if he could help before sending it back. He said it wasn't a standard sized lock, but kept trying and after he did his magic for a little while, it popped open and there my keys were! I was amazed and super grateful. After reading these reviews, I was prepared for stellar service. Lynn's son came to unlock our front door when a visitor broke the 100+ year-old lock. He came the same day I called & got the door open right away. However, the fix was another story. He kept recommending different types of repairs (which I didn't understand), with the price going up with each option. The only repair he would guarantee was a $400 reproduction of the original, and now antique, mortisse lock. We settled on a jury rigged quick fix. I was grateful that he came the same day & charged $85. However, my regular handyman came a week later and handily fixed the lock for very little $. I am left with the memory of a very weird conversation. But I guess it worked out OK. read more

I came to them from a search on yelp..they did an AWESOME job. I've had a Thule box that has had a key broken in the lock. Even the Thule experts haven't been able to fix it. I finally thought...take it to a locksmith. Lynn's Lockshop came up and yelp, called them and they said to come right over. They worked for a while and finally got it out!!! I used Lynn's Lockshop to repair a deadbolt and replace the hardware on several doors. On both occasions I was pleasantly surprised. Jason(the owners son) was the technician both times. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He didn't cut corners and made sure everything functioned properly.
