My fireplace is my only heat source in my basement apartment, and because of my disability, going without heat isn't just uncomfortable--it's unsafe. When my fireplace stopped working, I was terrified I'd be stuck in the cold. Love's Fireplace stepped in immediately. They treated my situation with genuine care and urgency, coming out after hours so I wouldn't be left without heat. Anton was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't cut corners, didn't rush the job, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. What meant the most was how compassionate they were. My mom was worried sick that I wouldn't have heat, and Anton reassured both of us throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Because of Love's Fireplace, I'm warm, safe, and able to enjoy my home during the holiday season. Companies like this are rare--people who actually care about their customers as human beings, not just appointments on a schedule. If you need anything fireplace-related, I HIGHLY recommend Love's Fireplace. They are exceptional. If you're located in Lindon or anywhere in Utah County, they're the best people to call.

The fireplace is probably 25 years old and no idea when it had been last serviced. Porter from Love's basically reconditioned it-- new paint, some new parts and a thorough tune-up. It works perfectly and looks new. Love's is definitely the go-to experts for gas fireplaces and the only people we'll call in the future!

Before a lot of the details were available we had them give us a bid because they were on the approved list of installers. They came and measured and then emailed me a bid for roughly $3,400 per fireplace, the next day they called and said that the bid was no longer valid because the program is charging them so much to participate. Our price went up to about $4,100 per fireplace. We called the program and another installer and they both confirmed that they aren't charging anything for people or companies to use the program or get the rebate. They are upping the prices because people are getting the rebate and they can make money. They did the exact same thing to two other people we know. If you need a dealer in Utah County go to Maple Mountain Fireplaces in Springville, they are very honest and have a great product and they are on the approved list!

I just got finished a few weeks before…read morewith a routine tune up from another HVAC company who told me both of my AC units were working great. I still had doubts on my upstairs unit which was struggling to get to its desired temperature. Then the downstairs unit outdoor fan stopped working. I went with Eagar for the diagnosis and they came by same day and diagnosed a common capacitor replacement issue. Replaced capacitor and downstairs unit started working as expected. Great! The technician was also willing to do a quick basic check on my upstairs unit and turns out it was low on refrigerant. 2 lbs and some UV dye/sealant later my upstairs system now can match the set temperature for a change, and I didn't have to break anywhere close to 4 or 5 digit pricing. The pricing seems fair to me. They don't offer those $30 tuneup prices but they also don't beeline to pressuring your into a new HVAC unit either or suggesting services which seem dubious and with exorbitant pricing. Makes it hard to trust. Instead Eagar charges a reasonably regular price but also gives your unit a fair, honest assessment, which ultimately is what I want, with units that are 18 and 12 years old! This is my new HVAC company.

Chris recommend new, larger Amana units that would be much more energy efficient, saving us money, and helping to better heat and cool our home. So far they are working great! I've known Chris for several years now. This is the second time he's done a new installation for us. About five years ago he installed a new Tempstar furnace in our town house. We had a very old furnace at the time and the new Tempstar was a much needed upgrade. Chris also helped us qualify for the Utah Home Performance Plan, a state run program at the time, that saved us a lot of money on the new furnace. Chris is professional, dependable, and fairly priced. I appreciate that he takes the time to answer all of my many questions and educate me on different options and technology. Chris has also done work for many of my friends and neighbors. If you're looking for a great HVAC company for heating and air conditioning, I would definitely recommend Eagar Heating and Cooling. Thanks Chris!

Gas accumulated behind the sealed glass, causing it to explode and propel the glass approximately 15 feet across my family room. This incident occurred just 20 seconds after I had been standing in front of the fireplace, and it could have resulted in a catastrophe. I contacted Alpine Fireplace to request a replacement for the glass and a repair for the underlying cause of the problem at my expense. I also provided pictures of the damage. Despite calling twice, I have yet to receive a return call. This apparently is not the first time this has occurred as the lady on the phone mentioned this issue has happened before. This lack of response and courtesy is unacceptable, especially given the serious nature of the incident. I would not recommend Alpine Fireplace at all.
