I cannot say enough good things about Love's Fireplace. They absolutely saved me right before the…read moreholidays. My fireplace is my only heat source in my basement apartment, and because of my disability, going without heat isn't just uncomfortable--it's unsafe. When my fireplace stopped working, I was terrified I'd be stuck in the cold. Love's Fireplace stepped in immediately. They treated my situation with genuine care and urgency, coming out after hours so I wouldn't be left without heat. Anton was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't cut corners, didn't rush the job, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. What meant the most was how compassionate they were. My mom was worried sick that I wouldn't have heat, and Anton reassured both of us throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Because of Love's Fireplace, I'm warm, safe, and able to enjoy my home during the holiday season. Companies like this are rare--people who actually care about their customers as human beings, not just appointments on a schedule. If you need anything fireplace-related, I HIGHLY recommend Love's Fireplace. They are exceptional. If you're located in Lindon or anywhere in Utah County, they're the best people to call.

The fireplace is probably 25 years old and no idea when it had been last serviced. Porter from Love's basically reconditioned it-- new paint, some new parts and a thorough tune-up. It works perfectly and looks new. Love's is definitely the go-to experts for gas fireplaces and the only people we'll call in the future!

I just got finished a few weeks before…read morewith a routine tune up from another HVAC company who told me both of my AC units were working great. I still had doubts on my upstairs unit which was struggling to get to its desired temperature. Then the downstairs unit outdoor fan stopped working. I went with Eagar for the diagnosis and they came by same day and diagnosed a common capacitor replacement issue. Replaced capacitor and downstairs unit started working as expected. Great! The technician was also willing to do a quick basic check on my upstairs unit and turns out it was low on refrigerant. 2 lbs and some UV dye/sealant later my upstairs system now can match the set temperature for a change, and I didn't have to break anywhere close to 4 or 5 digit pricing. The pricing seems fair to me. They don't offer those $30 tuneup prices but they also don't beeline to pressuring your into a new HVAC unit either or suggesting services which seem dubious and with exorbitant pricing. Makes it hard to trust. Instead Eagar charges a reasonably regular price but also gives your unit a fair, honest assessment, which ultimately is what I want, with units that are 18 and 12 years old! This is my new HVAC company.

Chris recommend new, larger Amana units that would be much more energy efficient, saving us money, and helping to better heat and cool our home. So far they are working great! I've known Chris for several years now. This is the second time he's done a new installation for us. About five years ago he installed a new Tempstar furnace in our town house. We had a very old furnace at the time and the new Tempstar was a much needed upgrade. Chris also helped us qualify for the Utah Home Performance Plan, a state run program at the time, that saved us a lot of money on the new furnace. Chris is professional, dependable, and fairly priced. I appreciate that he takes the time to answer all of my many questions and educate me on different options and technology. Chris has also done work for many of my friends and neighbors. If you're looking for a great HVAC company for heating and air conditioning, I would definitely recommend Eagar Heating and Cooling. Thanks Chris!

It's strangely tucked away betwixt a Tuesday Morning and a rue21 in a corner of Brickyard Plaza. The hulking shadow of the HomeGoods/TJ Maxx almost makes it invisible, if not for the shimmering flickers from the fireplaces inside. Great service! The staffer showed me the different types, gave recommendations on the kind I was looking for (actual wood-burners), and, in a shocking departure from the regular salesperson tactic, gave me pretty specific price ranges for my needs. She also gave me space to look around and didn't lurk over my shoulder. A+ work here. I describe Croft as an "Oh I like that one! Oh I like that one!" sort of place. You see a killer modern style that you like ... then a red-brick one that you like ... then a rounded frame one that you like ... and so on. You'll come out brimming with ideas. Still, Croft is a "full service" kind of place. They can help with material selection, work from your design, and give you professional design idea. Cast stone, brick, tile & rock, and other types of mantles, as well as the cabinets or shelves above (or to the sides). So, essentially, if you see something you like, you can get it, but if you don't, they can make it. You'll find the big brands of fireplaces: Valor (expert in radiant gas); Real Fyre (vented log sets); Fireplace Xtrodoinair (big on high-grade steel and glass, as well "Green" fireplaces); DaVinci (bringing sizes from small to the OMG of 21 ... you heard that right, 21 FEET); and Dimplex (very modern in their designs). I went in looking for a fireplace and may up getting even more! Croft has a great selection of burning stoves, including Lopi's large selection of wood- and pellet-burning stoves. If you want one of those brass burner fire pits, Warming Trends brags that theirs will give you "Twice the Flame, (but use) Half the Gas." It's a large, narrow store, with fireplace examples lining the walls all the way down. They must have 20-30 fireplaces in this joint. Croft Fireplace Center is a great place to start (and maybe finish!) your fireplace journey. As for my fireplace remodel, I'm just gettin' warmed up!
