Chad's bid came in quite a bit higher but definitely worth it knowing this is a true painting contractor that stands by his work. Oscar made an appointment and I waited at home for him for a half hour. He never showed up and did not message me to let me know. When I finally wrote him and asked what was happening, this was his response. "good afternoon.I apologize a thousand times, and the truth is I forgot. I'm usually very punctual. If you could see me tomorrow at any time, I'd appreciate it." Very disappointing when hoping to hire someone to help with some electrical work.

I understand most construction related service professionals are busy in this economy, but please have the courtesy to either keep your appointments, contact to reschedule or at least reply to a text message.
