Excellent workmanship and service. Repaired my leaking main water line and installed a state of the art leak detector to have peace of mind when traveling. Highly recommend

It's a 50 gallon simple replacement they wanted to up charge me 995.99 extra on top of Home shield!! Crooks!!!!!!

I have American home Shield and they sent Summit Plumbing Pros.... I had to replace a standard 50 gallon water heater in my garage..... when the Plummer was leaving he said there would be a 995.00 up charge for a modification..... which is pure Bullshit!!!! I had 3 different plumbers the look at it.... ITS A REGULAR INSTALL... labor 350.. tank 670.00..... having installed as we speak by a Reputable, honest company.... Aside from that they push you to call ECO DRY FOR WATER DAMAGEMORE BULLSHIT!!!! They came and said the studs in the studs under the water heater got wet and MOLD COULD GROWreally in 110 degree weather!!!! More bullshit which the guy did agree wasn't likely..... so I come to find out the pluming co and eco dry have an arrangement.....So all I can say is ...STAY AWAY FROM SUMMIT PLUMING !

Larry replaced the valve, then put in a hard metal line (the previous company used non-code compliant flex lines and broke 2 valves.)

Tye from Summit Plumbing was referred to us by Mike Steele Plumbing. Summit Plumbing sent over Larry today. I liked the way Larry worked. He communicated well and got the job done quickly. The best part of working w/ Larry is how he explained why our water heater leak occurred. He told us what is required by code and how the previous company installed our water heater incorrectly. (Now we have the knowledge to avoid the problem in the future.) Larry called us 30 minutes before he arrived, left a voicemail, and arrived on time. He was a nice guy and was open to questions and conversation, and otherwise just stayed on task and finished the job faster than expected and didn't leave a mess behind. I paid via credit card using his phone. That would have been more convenient if he could have also provided an invoice (not expecting a complete invoice w/ work order, but at least a receipt would be nice at the time of transaction), but he let me know the office would be sending an email with all of that, so we're good to go! Larry also took a look at one of our toilets before he left. (We have to hold the handle down for a couple seconds for it to flush all the way.) Anyway, it was an easy fix, so he made a small adjustment and gave me some advice. It saved us time and money! Rad guy. He's probably cool all the time, but I wonder if the Bundaberg Australian Ginger Ale I shared softened him up a little bit. It works on everybody! ;)

Was my discontinued faucet.

What sets them apart is their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer education. Rather than simply fixing the issue and moving on, they always take the time to explain what they're doing, answer our questions, and provide helpful recommendations for extending the life of our plumbing systems and fixtures. Most recently, Lou and Anthony spent an entire day at our home tackling a long list of plumbing projects. Their work was thorough, efficient, and completed to a very high standard. Despite the large scope of the job, everything was finished in a timely manner, looked great, and functioned perfectly. Just as importantly, they treated our home with respect. Before leaving, they made sure everything was clean and tidy, leaving no trace of the extensive work they had completed throughout the day. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of service year after year. We highly recommend them and are grateful to have a plumbing team we can trust whenever the need arises.

Donald did a good job at a reasonable price replacing an angle stop valve for the supply line for…read moremy toilet. It was a nightmare situation as a previous contractor broke it and left me abandoned and my main water supply wouldn't turn off so I could literally not sleep for 24 hours as I had to empty a bowl every 30 to 60 minutes (the supply valve is low so it would not accommodate anything larger underneath) or it would flood and ruin the new flooring that was just installed. It did ruin my brand new baseboard that I had just had installed the day before. He kept blaming me saying by turning the giant nut I somehow ruined the pipe which I don't understand but I did everything to try and loosen the bolt under urgent and impossible conditions and stress and I found no special instructions or tool that specified one as a necessity to use on it in all my research or that I had done anything wrong, but it had been there for 30 years and was fused on tight and wouldn't budge even with two vise grips. With the flooding happening I was desperate to get it removed so I thought that his continuous commentary was strange. He also said I had to loosen that nut clockwise as if it were reversely threaded but discovered that was not the case multiple times in my research so again I'm very confused. If something had been critically missed I wish he would've at least told me or made it clear what my alternative was otherwise assigning blame does little good; I am not an experienced plumber. I did not see nor was ever shown how he ultimately removed it so the whole point was moot. He walked off with my channel locks which I informed him of immediately after he left. He said he didn't have it then the next day he said he did but that he couldn't return them until after I left the area for a couple weeks at which point I told him he could drive out to my house. Luckily he changed his mind and returned them that morning as it really isn't my responsibility to retrieve them. I had been thru two days of hell from the previous contractor with 8 hours sleep over three nights. But he did the job and it took him no more than 15 to 20 minutes. There's a really big gash in my wall now where the valve is but I guess he had to do that to cut the pipe. I will have to find a wall cover plate or something to hide it or else patch it up. I then had to call another contractor to check the toilet seating as the flooring installer who left me with the leaking supply valve was supposed to handle it but did not do it right. Ultimately I had to hire three contractors in 36 hours for the same bathroom.

I don't know what chemicals etc. are in the water that was dumped but the fluid was dumped right next to fairly new plants and left an unsightly hole in the gravel. Further, I don't know what if any harm may be done to the new plants. I have ZERO tolerance for contractors who act disrespectfully towards the property where they're working. The place where the water was dumped was just a couple of feet from the driveway. If the water was dumped in the driveway, it would run down to the curb and follow the slope of the street as drainage and NOT risk any harm being done to our new plants. If we notice any adverse changes to our plants, there will be some follow-on activity with P&L. Just careless. I have to admit that I am skeptical of any company that provides "virtual quotes" without seeing the work site for themselves. But they requested a couple of pictures of old water heater installation to assess the job, provided a quote "sight unseen", and did the work with no extra cost added (always a concern with virtual quotes). They were the cheapest of the 3 bids that I got. No long-winded sales pitch that I should install a $5K tankless unit. The tech provided instructions on the annual flushing process. I'm satisfied. I'm hoping that at last I have a go-to plumber.
