It's time for me to do a update review on this place considering now I've been here over a dozen times now. I've gotten multiple kinds of pizzas, I've gotten it taking out, and sat in. The only thing I haven't tried is their delivery just because when I've tried it's been like 45 minute plus wait and quicker for me to just go pick it up. My husband and I seem to always go for the meat lovers. It seems to be our favorite from them. Being that it's meat lovers though gotta keep in mind it can be pretty greasy but we do like it. We've also made like a pineapple and ham which we like a lot too and less greasy. The chicken bacon ranch though never hits the mark for us. We've tried it twice and both times we felt like there wasn't enough sauce or ranch on it. So maybe I'd need to ask for extra sauce but I'm sure that cost more money. These guys are priced a little bit higher price mark here. Large pizza will be $22-$23 but this pizza is massive... we always get it and then say why did we buy such a big pizza! It's a ton of food and will feed your whole family easily. The cheese bread and the cheese doodles are the only thing we've gotten besides the pizza. The cheese bread is really good. Pricy $8 but again is a lot. My husband only get the cheese doodles sometimes. They are unique and good but they are very greasy and I seem to get a tummy ache when I can't control myself and eat those and greasy pizza. The cheese bread is very good and I seem to not feel it's as greasy so better choice for us. Love that they have other choices. Overall this is a great place and seems like they have improved the amount of staff that is working. Even though the workers are all very young they have always been super nice to me. Awesome pizza! The crust is so nice and soft, the sauce and meat were all so delicious they just do the old fashioned pizza right! The environment feels very hip like most thin crust pizza places, but it's just some good old fashioned style. It was great, my only warning is to wait a bit before diving into this deliciousness. I'm making sure to get takeout from local restaurants right now. This place is a favorite of mine when I am in Kamas. I'm glad to see one is closer to me so I can get my cheese doodle fix. The pizza is always great. I typically get the combo pizza. I'm more of a thin crust fan, but their dough is excellent. I have lived in Utah long enough to now order ranch dressing with the pizza. I'm of the opinion that there are too many average pizza places at the point of the mountain. To be honest, Summit Inn is a pretty typical pizza joint. Their pizzas are pretty average but what makes them stand apart from the rest are their cheese doodles and cinnadoodles. I could probably eat 50 cheese doodles. I grew up in the North East and have always found it challenging to experience good pizza in Utah. This place is the best! We love it. And the Cheese Doodles are so good! We've only experienced delivery with them, just because of the whole virus kerfuffle, and delivery has always been timely and accurate. We highly recommend this place. read more

I came back and this time had a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. This time, my pizza crust wasn't covered in flour, which was a huge improvement. The cheese sticks were great as well. The pizza sauce and cheese are both pretty good. While it's not perfect, this is the superior pizza option in the Lehi area. read more

This place is to die for!! We just went on Tuesday and we were so impressed! We got the large family size pizza half bbq chicken half of the combo with pepperoni sausage peppers and mushrooms! Both options were incredible and the crust was so soft it melted in your mouth AND they are really good at putting the toppings all the way up to the end of the crust so your not eating just crust by itself. We also got the spinach salad with apple cider dressing it was so fresh with so many dried cranberries. Then we ended with the raspberry and cinna doodles. Those were insane! We liked the raspberry the most but the cinnamon was so good too! The employees were so nice and it was so clean! New York City has done this to me: I judge every pizza parlor by its cheese pizza. So, true to form, on our first visit to Summit Inn we ordered a medium cheese pizza and a half dozen "doodles". The doodles are cheese pastries rolled up like a cinnamon bun. They're pleasant but not flavorful; the accompanying ranch and marinara dipping sauces overpowered them completely. The sauces, I should mention, were very tasty. I was sad that the rest of the meal couldn't keep up. The pizza was the doodles' counterpart in every way. No flavors stood out. The dough was forgettable--not crispy, not silky, not fluffy. The cheese didn't have any depth and the sauce was anemic. I could see this place being a kid-pleaser, but I prefer something more complex. Next time I want a slice I'll go to Village Baker or Costco. read more

I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch (personal size). Great crust and the quality of ingredients were great! If you are hoping to enjoy doodles and pizza at the time you were promised on the weekends, please reset your expectations. After the same problem three times in a row, I no longer can give these guys the benefit of the doubt. We have placed our order online and this is the THIRD time the order has been an hour later than promised. I get that most places are understaffed, but please learn to set realistic expectations for your customers. And what is much more frustrating is that every time we've had this experience, the staff doesn't even acknowledge the inconvenience or apologize. We finally decided to give this pizza place a try. We have been to all of the other lehi places and they are all pretty similar in my opinion. This place is super clean and wasn't busy on a Saturday at 3:30 pm. It seems like it is taking forever to get our pizzas though, considering we are the only ones in here right now. We ordered 3 minis (one topping on each) and a large with 2 toppings and it was just over 50.00. For pizza we feel like that was pretty pricey. The food was good, the garlic on mine was over cooked. I'm not sure how soon we will be back given all the options around here now with the same price points. It's worth a try but there are cheaper pizza places near here. read more

I'm going to be the contrarian and say that this place is just okay. We got a Hawaiian pizza and the sauce tasted like it came from a can and the crust was not very flavorful. The doodles were good (kind of like cinnamon rolls but cheese instead) and I also got a side salad that was decent. Came here for the first time the other night. It was pretty late but my boyfriend remembered trying this pizza at a different location and liking it! The staff was super friendly and nice. The manager that night was a complete gem. She offered us an extra order of doodles free that they had accidentally overmade. I had never had them before and they were AMAZING!! I ate so many, I hardly had room for the actually pizza when it came out! We got dans on half the pizza and then chicken ranch on the other. Very tasty and didn't seem greasy like typical pizza. In an area super saturated with "gourmet" pizza options, Summit Inn doesn't quite stand up to the competition. Pretty good pizza. It definitely beats dominos which is the only other option for delivery here. I'm bummed they never get our order right. Today my pizza was missing the balsamic glaze and I even made it a point to ask for it. The have excellent doodles! They are tasty little breadsticks that are swirled. I love their pepperonis. I wish they had a less doughy crust! The price point is a bit high but if you are not motivated to go out, I suggest them if you are sick of dominos!
