So again using their model to sell sell sell, you have to give them a good review so you can get a free lesson or a small party at the end of the month in which they ask you to bring your own food and supply all of the drink drinks for them and in my opinion is never a good deal.

The studio is always spotless, well organized, and welcoming. The quality of instruction is truly excellent. Classes are thoughtfully structured to build strength, flexibility, and balance, and the instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I attend at least four times a week, which has brought me tremendous peace of mind during this season of life. I've set a personal goal of reaching 500 classes so I can sign the milestone board in the entrance hallway -- a wonderful motivator that keeps me committed to my health.
