My daughter attended Creative Movement in 2018, gained some grace and discipline, took a break in 2019, and wanted to resume ballet lessons. In the midst of a pandemic, I was really glad to see Zoom classes offered and signed up with low expectations; I was just hoping to find my daughter an outlet for her energy. Ms. Aria and Ms. Christine remembered us even though we were gone for a while and my daughter was quickly put into the right class level. 4 days later, we received the Zoom invitation for her first class. Ms. Aria offers the Pre-Ballet 1 & 2 class to on-site in an outdoors setting (plenty of water breaks) and Zoom students, and I am impressed at her effort and attention to both on-site and her Zoom students as they are, after all, young children. After the first class on a tablet, our family experimented with our zoom learning space and eventually settled on projecting to the wall-mounted TV with a blue tape on the carpet to keep our kid within camera view, so Ms. Aria can monitor my daughter's progress more easily. By the end of second class, my daughter has revisited the old ballet positions and learned new ones, all from the comfort of our living room (aka zoom learning space). I am really glad we signed up for Zoom ballet classes. My daughter was so excited for her second class this week she was all dressed and ready to go an hour before class. This is by far the best dance studio I have found For my daughter. My First experience was calling the studio to get prices and information on the classes. The person that answered the phone was polite and very patient with me which I completely appreciated. And not to mention the prices are affordable. My daughter had her first class with Ms. Aria...let me tell you she is the BEST. My daughter felt so comfortable. Aria is professional yet takes her time with each student to make sure they reach their potential in class. I also just found out they have many shows they put on throughout the year and I can't wait to see what cute dances and outfits my little ballerina will be in. Mangement is so mean, my daughter refused to go, they still charged me for the month she didn't go and one month after that cause I didn't terminate the contract soon enough, they refused to cooperate and we paid for service we did not receive. Find another studio read more

This dance school has dedicated staff, clear communication, and excellent opportunities to perform within our community. They do a wonderful job teaching techniques within the belief that dance is a beautiful art form. The class sizes are perfect for the instructors and students. Growth for each dancer is easily achieved through this awareness towards student attention. Costs are very reasonable and the offerings for different dance genres are appealing. Classes offered for excersize and adult dance, as well! Look for the occasional Groupon if you want to try the studio out so you can see how wonderful it is for your child or yourself. read more

I've been searching for a ballet studio that teaches actual technique to young students and finally found it. My 3 year old was bored with classes that don't actually do much ballet, but I didn't want anything too strict at such a young age either. Aria is a great teacher for beginners/recreation. While she herself is a great dancer, she has problems not playing favorites and taking recreational dancers to the next level. Doesn't offer any significant discounts for multiple kids. A good place for starters but you'll need look elsewhere if your little dancer wants to get serious. read more

What I love most about this dance studio is that because it is small you have the ability to talk with Ms. Aria directly and also Ms. Christine the studio coordinator. This is so refreshing in comparison to many of the other local dance studios where you feel like just a number and it is difficult to figure out what is going on. They are very timely in getting back to patents on their questions and concerns. It's been great for my daughter and the level of individual attention she receives is wonderful.
