SARAH IS AWESOME IN EVERY WAY 6 out 5 stars!!! I called Sarah a couple months before my wedding to choreograph and teach myself and four of my groomsmen a surprise dance for my wife at our wedding. To throw in a curve ball, I live in Seattle and would only be home four days prior to my wedding. Sarah quickly schedule a chat for us, we went through several songs and made a mash up for our surprise dance. The week of the wedding, Sarah accommodated our crazy schedule to successfully teach us our dance, even coming to our house the day of for a final run through. The end result was a great dance, ALL thank you to Sarahs; great choreograph, teaching skills, and ability to deal with us five crazy guys. More over, during what is often a stressful week, having our daily dance lessons leading up to our wedding become an outlet of fun, joking around, and of course learning to dance. THANK YOU!!!!

I take country line dancing seriously @ Folsom Street Foundry in SF!

YEEHAWWWWWWWWW!!! Sarah is one amazing instructor, she's upbeat, awesome personality, and glowingly beautiful inside and out! Country line dancing isn't easy and the choreography can be difficult. She'll turn an amateur country line dancer into a professional, dancing to advanced two-steps and choreographing to songs like "Men in Black" - phewwwww...what a workout! Country line dancing does a body good. I wish she can teach more in SF or closer to the Bay Area, but I guess city folks think they're cooler than country line dancing - not ME! I'm a city chick who fell in love with country line dance, it's definitely a great workout. Let's do this! Can't wait to dance to "Footloose" again! Footloose, kick off the Sunday shoes Please, Louise, pull me off of my knees Jack, get back, come on before we crack Lose your blues, Everybody cut, everybody cut Everybody cut, everybody cut Everybody cut, everybody cut Everybody cut, everybody cut footloose

Sarah is awesome!! I highly recommend taking lessons from her. My fiancé and I wanted to have a choreographed dance for our first dance and she not only choreographed an amazing dance (with a lift too!) but she also taught us fox trot and country swing so we can use this for dancing in any other setting and to lots of genres of music. We now have a good understanding of dance foundations and basics to build on. Thank you Sarah!!

We started dance lessons with Sarah about a year ago. We had taken a series of lessons with a larger dance studio, but we never left our lessons feeling solid in what we had learned. With Sarah, our dancing as a couple has grown tremendously! She will tailor the lessons to what you want and need, and fix the smallest detail that makes the biggest difference. It's not just the dance moves, it's being a good leader and follower. And, it takes any frustration out of what should be a lot of fun. Last September, Sarah started to choreograph our wedding dance and she used a lot of the patterns we had already learned. We had a good foundation going into this routine. We put a lot of time and energy into it, and it paid off! We remembered all of the dance, and Sarah was even there to enjoy the moment and dance with us at our wedding. We are beyond grateful to her for helping make our special day even more memorable. We are still taking dance classes with Sarah - brushing up on our country swing, adding in line dancing, and next up is the Hustle! Bring back Disco!

    First dance

Really enjoyed working with Sarah and learning new moves. My husband and I thought we knew some things before going to her but she helped correct bad habits, taught better approaches and engrained a sequence of new moves we can continue to use. Really loved how she tried to incorporate my vision into the choreography and my desire to have the lyrics match the moves like a story. I was very grateful to have the first half of the song practiced and planned out, everyone loved the show and we felt more comfortable when all eyes were on us!

Sarah is amazing! She helped choreograph our first wedding dance and it turned out more perfect than I could have even imagined. She is extremely patient, sweet, and an amazing teacher! If you need a dance instructor I would stop looking because you found the best! Thank you Sarah!!!

His teaching style is clear, encouraging, and engaging -- we truly feel like we're learning and improving every time we step on the floor. What really sets Dior apart is how fun he is to be around. He brings great energy, patience, and humor to each lesson, which makes the experience something we genuinely look forward to. Dancing never feels intimidating with him as an instructor. We've also had the opportunity to work with his partner, Jordan, and together they are an incredible team. Their chemistry, professionalism, and shared passion for teaching make the lessons even better. The two of them create an environment that is supportive, motivating, and genuinely enjoyable. We cannot say enough good things about Dior and Jordan. If you're looking for instructors who are talented, welcoming, and truly invested in their students, we highly recommend them!

They offer several classes based on age. One of the limitations they have is gymnastics. Boys can join gymnastics if they are under four (? Or 5?) years old, but when they get older, they cannot move to a higher level because it is for girls only. Otherwise, they have dance, swimming and Tag. We currently have our daughter enrolled in tag, and most of the teachers are pretty good. It gets a bit tricky when you have other kids in the same class who are disruptive and the teacher doesn't do much to navigate to the class back. If! You are a parent that likes to come early before the class, it might be a bit tricky getting in since the other classes are just getting out. With that, the best area to park is in the back. There's even a back door there you can enter through. If you miss a class or are planning to miss a class, you just have to make sure to notify them via website two hours prior to the class so that you can get a make up for the class for next time, so make sure you grab all of the class schedules located in the check-in desk on the wall because you can choose any make up class to try! Overall, it's a good all in one place to try.

Each instructor brings their own very distinct personal signature to their classes too, which I love. One has ultra fluid flows with smooth transitions, another instructor brings levity and sparkle without compromising the challenge, Diana's classes reflect her long time experience and general life wisdom, and so on and so forth. We arrived about 10 minutes early to fill out forms and get settled in. There are lockers available for your belongings. We brought our own yoga mats, but they also offer rentals. It was my first time doing hot yoga and it was tough! I try to work out regularly, so I thought I'd be able to handle it, but I was dead by the end. The class included a lot of core and stretching exercises. The instructor, Diana, made sure we got a great workout in. The class was packed, so it was a bit difficult to see her at times as she was in the front. I'm not familiar with many of the poses, so when she called out the names, I often times had to look around to see what others were doing and I also wasn't sure if I was doing the moves correctly. The class is fast paced as well so I found it challenging to keep up. The last 10 minutes were for meditation, and the cold towel we were given was very refreshing. Overall, hot yoga is not for the weak! I found it fast paced as a beginner, but I think I'd pick it up if I attended more classes. Diana had great energy and played good music. To make the class more beginner friendly, it would help if the instructor was more visible (elevated platform) and if the instructor would walk around the room to correct poses (maybe possible with smaller class size). If you're interested in yoga and want an effective workout, I would recommend checking out Yoga Nyla!
