    Spicy General Tso's Chicken
    Julie P.

We ordered from here on Uber Eats. We ordered General Tso's chicken with medium spice level and it came with a side of white rice. The food was still steaming hot when we received it. The chicken was like any Chinese place but the spice level was very tamed down. It was a good size portion and was enough for two meals. It was about $18 per meal before tax.

There were bit of chicken in the sesame chicken but we couldn't figure out what the slimy goop was

The food and service are consistent. Love that pepper steak and fried rice combo and their spareribs are amazing.

Food is okay. Not the best. Verrrrry expensive. Spent more than $85 for dinner for 3 people.

On time, hot food, good flavor. We order very simple fried rice and egg rolls and steamed dumplings, but they are good each time.

We were staying at Disney and used Door Dash. The food was fresh, still hot, and large portions. I would definitely recommend!

The xiao long bao (soup dumplings) are so good; but so was everything else. Prices are moderate, but well worth every penny. The setting is great, feels Asian but is quite comfortable for most Americans. The service was the only area that wasn't great. I'm giving them a pass because of the time of day we visited. The team was friendly and ready to help but had to be waved down when we needed things. Bottom line... we will return when we're in the area again!

We waited 15 more minutes (20 minutes from being seated) and we flagged down a server to take our order. Another party got tired of waiting and just left. The restaurant was only 30% full so there was no excuse for this. However the food came out in about 12 minutes after ordering which is not bad. The food was delicious! We got the house knife cut noodles, pan fried Peking duck buns, and the bok choy with garlic. Everything was excellent. The noodles were so tasty with the beef being the best. The boiled egg is a little odd but it was still good. The Peking duck buns were so good! I am convinced that the only reason this place is still in business is because the food is so good that it offsets the terrible service If you have a lot of time and don't mind waiting for your food. I definitely recommend trying this place. Other people had better luck with the service but I saw at least one other person say that the service was bad. The food is 5 star but the service is 2 star so I gave it a 4 overall.

They are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they consistently get every order right, which is something you don't always find these days. Took some trial and error until I came across this place. This is the kind of spot that you KNOW is gonna be amazing due to the ambiance - kinda grungy (respectfully), photos of the food on an illuminated board, notes written on the wall on paper that has become yellowed with time. My favorite dishes here are the sesame beef, house pan fried noodles, and veggie egg foo young. Oh and the mushu pork is damn good too, especially their plum sauce. My one wish is that they made honey walnut shrimp! That's a favorite dish of mine which is apparently hard to find around Orlando.

We choose to sit at the bar as it's open seating. my husband wanted the five spice chicken wings, and we were disappointed to learn that they've been taken off the menu. This is such a huge disappointment because that five spice dry rub was amazing. We ended up talking to the bartender and she said that they could do the lil sum sum (kids menu) wings naked and put the spice on the side. My husband chose to go that route (two order as there are only 3 wings an order) but thankfully, they actually tossed the wings in the spice, which was perfect. But we really do wish that they would bring back the actual full order of the five spice chicken wings as that was his go to when we went there and because that's not on the menu it may decrease the amount of time we go back now because he doesn't really care for a lot of the other menu items. I got the five spice green beans, which is one of my favorite items on the menu. I was surprised to hear that they had taken it off the menu for a while and that they had just brought it back. so glad that they did because that was the whole reason we had traveled out there and had they not been on the menu. There's a good chance we probably would've found somewhere else. I also had the Po Po Lau curry because it is another one of my favorite dishes.

The drink was good with some spices, but instead of a craft ice, they just used regular crushed ice, making the drink a bit watered down. For my food, they sadly no longer had the duck noodles, so I tried the CKT noodles (15 dollars) instead. They mentioned it would have a smokey flavor from the wok preparation, which I enjoyed. However, the noodles were quite chewy. The meats included shrimp, pork sausage, and chicken. The chicken and shrimp were enjoyable, but the sausage could have used a bit of a punch. I was able to get some sambal for heat, but it lacked flavor and it was a bit gritty too. At least there was an ample amount such that I could take some home for the next day. My server was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was the same. I did enjoy the audible music and crowd, making the vibe nice. I would definitely come back if the bring the duck noodles again, and maybe try another drink next time too. Overall: B-

Lots of Sichuan cuisine options as well as some soup dumplings and unique cold appetizer dishes. We started with spicy chicken gizzards. Sliced thin and has a nice chewy texture, this app is refreshing and tasted great. Not super spicy which was perfect for me. Then we ordered the tea smoked duck. Nice big portion of duck with plenty of meat, fat and bone ratio. The smokey flavor is brought out in the meat and it was savory but not overly salty. The braised beef tendon casserole came out piping hot. Tendon was tender and easy to eat. Lots of rice vermicelli in it. The key test of the authenticity is how well they can do Dan Dan Noodles and they did very well with this classic dish-subtle flavors, the right amount of Sichuan pepper as well. Good dumplings and cold noodles, too. The space is small, no-frills, and I would guess much of their business is done in take-away as well. However, there is enough room to dine there in comfort and the staff is prompt plus also seems truly interested in their customers enjoying their food. I highly recommend it for casual Chinese right in the heart of Orlando's little Chinatown plaza.
