After our car broke down half way home, we were towed to Marc Motors. Our experience was 5 stars…read moreand more. From the woman who we spoke with on the phone as we waited for AAA for a tow to the call we just got asking if we got home safely (not exaggerating!!), our experience was first rate. Kevin explained exactly what needed to be done and pricing was extremely fair for the quality of work and the incredible speed it was done in. Highly recommend!!

Marc Motors Purchase Feedback…read more I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Ram 1500 RHO from Marc Motors. While the sales process itself was enjoyable, everything that happened after I discovered damage on my new truck has left me extremely disappointed. The day after taking delivery, I hand washed the truck for the first time. Because I had purchased the dealership's ceramic coating package, I was carefully inspecting the paint when I discovered a noticeable ding in one of the doors. This was not something I noticed during delivery, and it only became visible while washing the truck under good lighting. I contacted Marc Motors immediately to report the damage. From that point forward, the experience became increasingly frustrating. The first solution offered was a paint pen for a brand-new truck, which I felt was completely unacceptable. I then obtained a professional repair estimate from JC Auto Body totaling more than $1,400. After reviewing the estimate, I was offered only half of the repair cost, despite the fact that I had discovered and reported the damage less than 24 hours after taking delivery. I declined because I did not believe I should have to pay to repair damage that was already present. After additional conversations, Amy contacted me and offered to cover the full repair cost. However, that offer came with the condition that I not refinance the truck for four months because, according to her, the dealership would lose approximately $5,000 if I refinanced sooner. I found that condition both surprising and disappointing. Whether or not I refinance my loan is a personal financial decision and should have no bearing on whether a dealership stands behind a new vehicle that was delivered with damage. In my opinion, those are two completely separate issues. The entire process was far more stressful than it should have been. Instead of feeling excited about purchasing a new truck, I spent my time obtaining estimates, negotiating responsibility for damage I reported immediately, and trying to reach a fair resolution. Throughout these discussions, I often felt that my concerns were being minimized rather than addressed with the level of professionalism and customer care I expected after making such a significant purchase. Because I was unwilling to agree to conditions regarding my financing, I do not believe the repair will now be completed. That is incredibly disappointing considering this all began with damage discovered on a brand-new vehicle the day after delivery. I genuinely love the truck itself, but I cannot say the same about the way this issue was handled. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, and I expected Marc Motors to stand behind their product without requiring negotiations or conditions unrelated to the repair itself. I hope Marc Motors uses this experience to improve how they handle post-sale customer concerns. Taking ownership of legitimate issues from the beginning would go a long way toward earning and keeping customer trust.
