I told them what happened and they said they would look at it and call me when it was done. After not hearing from them all day, I called them and they said it was the battery and they fixed it for the low cost of $281 (red flag right there.) 2 weeks later, my car has died with the exact same problem. It deeply concerns me that they are certified Triple A.

Do yourself a favor and don't even consider Robinsons as he we charge you thousands for inadequate replacement parts, lie about it and then become defensive when you confront him of his dishonest business tactics.

I had my SUV's repaired here along with my corvette, Both jobs were done right and for a fair price. They have a great name out there and do a good job so be understanding, that they might not always be available to Pick up the phone on long weekends and holidays. (If they were working on your car you would want them focusing on it) So if you don't get an answer try try again or simply drop in if you can. They can be a bit of a pain to find at first as they don't have the best signage out front. The lot there is often full so understand the parking situation might be a bit of a pain. There is a breakfast place right across the street that is great for lunch if you want to grab a bite while you wait. I've had great luck here I say stop in get an estimate at the very least and if it suits you take the plunge. All in all a great place with great people.
