Under different circumstances this would have been a 1 star review. However, because the manager at…read morethis store was so professional and courteous about the problem we had regarding a somewhat serious issue, I give him an A+ rating and 4 stars for the establishment overall. My fiancé left there with tires that were never checked and severely under inflated. 1 of them went flat for no other reason than that the very next morning. I called store manager and he was polite and apologetic. He took the time right away to go back to the video and yes indeed his tech never tested the air pressure in any of the tires. Jeff offered to refund the service in full and to fully address the problem. I suspect this employee may be terminated and that Jeff will be stepping up his training and expectations from his employees from this point forward. Jeff called back within an hour to let me know the check was in the mail! He appreciated the problem being brought to his attention. What more could you ask for. I am recommending this branch to others and we will continue to use their services. It never hurts to review the maintenance checks thoroughly though, as in any garage! Good luck to Jeff in the future. He exhibited the utmost professionallism handling the problem.

Oil change, rear differential, transmission all done on time everytime and now they're telling me they won't service my transmission because it's over 200k. They told me before as long as the service is done on time they'll continue doing them, they've serviced it twice since it's been over 200k and now they won't touch it. So just stop servicing my cat and set me up for failure, right? Telling everyone I know this place is trash. Just lost yourself a customer.

Recently I was looking for some information regarding a Toyota, and when I search I look…read moreeverywhere! I happened to get a call back from an employee at McGee Toyota in Epping NH. I thanked the woman, whose name is Amanda for calling back, however I live about an hour south of Boston, and that was just too far for me to go. I did have some questions, which she very kindly answered for me, and we communicated back and forth for a while. Even though Amanda knew that I would not be buying a vehicle from her dealership she continued to provide me with all the information I sought. That is certainly great customer service. You have a great employee in Amanda, McGee Toyota! Well done.

I purchased a Subaru Impreza Sport from McGee Toyota of Epping in May. I want to start by saying…read morethat I do genuinely like the vehicle itself. It has been a good car for what I needed, and I appreciate having reliable transportation. When I first came in, I was looking at vehicles because I genuinely needed one, not because I was casually shopping for an upgrade. Once that became clear, Dave Jarry worked extremely hard to make the sale happen. In fact, I've never had a salesperson put that much effort into closing a deal where it seemed clear I didn't have much leverage as a buyer--I had no down payment to offer and was already shopping within a limited budget. At the time, I appreciated that effort because I needed a vehicle. Unfortunately, looking back, it felt like the focus was more on getting me into the vehicle than making sure I fully understood everything that came with the purchase. After bringing the car home and spending more time with it, I noticed several things that were not obvious at the dealership. The paint has damage in multiple areas, including chips and cracks that appear to have been covered up with touch-up paint that did not hold up after normal weather exposure. There are also signs of previous repairs, including a bumper color mismatch that is very noticeable. The CarPlay unit has markings that suggest it may have been replaced at some point, but that was not mentioned in the listing or during the sales process. I understand this was a used, 10-year-old vehicle, and I did not expect perfection. However, for a vehicle with previous accident history, I feel more transparency about repaired areas and cosmetic condition would have been appreciated. A Carfax link alone doesn't always tell the whole story of a vehicle's condition. The biggest frustration came during the financing process. I was told a soft credit inquiry would be run through one specific lender, but multiple credit applications appear to have been submitted instead. Nearly three months later, I am still receiving denial letters from lenders I did not expect to hear from. That has been extremely frustrating and has made the buying experience even more stressful. I also felt pressured into additional products and add-ons that increased the final cost by around $4,000. These were things I did not want or feel I needed, and it changed what I originally considered a reasonable purchase price. I'm grateful to have a vehicle that I enjoy driving, but the overall purchasing experience has left me disappointed. I don't regret the car itself, but I do regret not having a clearer understanding of the vehicle's condition, financing process, and added costs before signing. I would strongly recommend that anyone shopping here carefully inspect every detail of the vehicle, ask questions about repairs and history, and closely review every added cost before signing. Based on my experience, I would not personally choose McGee Toyota for my next vehicle purchase.
