No answer, no follow up, no basic professional courtesy. And before they respond claiming we were trying to lowball them -- we never even got that far. We couldn't get anyone on the phone long enough to have that conversation. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. We were asking for a callback that never came, a manager who wouldn't engage, and a salesperson who had disappeared. This wasn't a negotiation gone wrong. This was a dealership that couldn't meet the bare minimum standard of basic customer communication. I wanted to update my review of this business as they have proved themselves to be top notch in the service department! As noted below, I took my Colorado for regular maintenance. After the service, there was some damage to the hood and side panel. I contacted them and EVENTUALLY spoke with the manager (see below for the mix up). Long story short, these guys are just what I would hope to find in a service department at a dealership. I live quite aways away, but I am willing to make the drive to have these guys work on my truck because they are diligent, honest, and generally very pleasant to deal with. I will continue to bring my truck here for service and will probably purchase my next truck from them based on the excellent service I have received! Thank you!

There is nothing more scary to me than buying a used car from a dealer. #1 because i don't trust them and their quota systems to sell cars and #2 The average car dealer wants to SELL regardless of what may break later on. Bill said he drove this car for at least 500 miles to figure out if anything needed to be fixed, then took it to the best mechanics to repair each item. Does any used car dealer do that and then show you the bill for the repairs? There is a photo of all of his customers with all of their cars on the wall of his office in Monroe.
