I wanted to update my review of this business as they have proved themselves to be top notch in the service department! As noted below, I took my Colorado for regular maintenance. After the service, there was some damage to the hood and side panel. I contacted them and EVENTUALLY spoke with the manager (see below for the mix up). Long story short, these guys are just what I would hope to find in a service department at a dealership. I live quite aways away, but I am willing to make the drive to have these guys work on my truck because they are diligent, honest, and generally very pleasant to deal with. I will continue to bring my truck here for service and will probably purchase my next truck from them based on the excellent service I have received! Thank you!

I had an issue with the vehicle and the service department was prompt and very courteous with. turns out all was good, thank you to service! sales, however, I spoke to the sales manager about the warranty period and he said that he would speak to the salesperson and finance guy and they would be getting back with me the next day... well that never happened. I guess I need to contact them again on my next day off (I take vacation days for this nonsense). I don't feel like this dealership values the time or hard earned money customers bring to their dealership. very poor follow up, maybe even lies to customers.
