Truly a blessing this place is in a town like ours. The staff is so polite and respectful, the English is shaky but plenty good enough. I've had a couple of dishes now. Their pad Thai is solid, but I think they thrive on their curries. I most recently had the Panang curry and found the balance of sweet to spicy, sauce to vegetables/rice, and quantity of protein to be spot on. And it should be, it is't cheap, but as-is it IS worth it. My biggest knock is the layout. Most restaurants go front to back with their seating. Their seating is side to side with not much space between. Thus, you find yourself at dinner with more than just yourself or your friends! Worth a try, check it out.

For appetizers, we tried their egg rolls, and they might honestly be in the top ten egg rolls I have ever had--paired with the old-school hot mustard and duck sauce, they absolutely did the trick. I also tried the coconut shrimp soup; it was flavorful, creamy, and a very unique dish that I had never seen before. My wife ordered the Kani roll and the Rainbow roll, both of which featured incredibly fresh ingredients and beautifully balanced flavors. For my main course, I went with the General Tso's chicken, which was perfectly crispy and wonderfully flavored. The sushi was surprisingly delicious! There is no skimping on the crab meat inside, and it's the shredded kind, with spicy mayo and crunchies on top, very delicious. The teryaki chicken was just ok, very heavy handed on the sauce and i'm not sure if it was "thai" food, it tasted like your run of the mill average chinese dish you would get at any takeout place. Overall, I will be back for more sushi, probably won't get any of the entrees but for the price and quality you should give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised!

The menu is very extensive but if you have an idea of what you are looking for, it is not that intimidating. Our waiter laid out that they have five spice levels on many of their dishes. It was his idea to start with house salads those were very whole and real. The peanut sauce dressing fit perfectly! I got some green tea to drink. The teapot and cup made the experience that much more inclusive. Boxing up our leftovers, I took that opportunity to ask our waiter if I could get the curry spicier next time. He turns to me and said, "Of course we can! We can make it not as spicy as you want (while squatting down) and make it as spicy as you want (while reaching up to the ceiling)". I loved the enthusiasm!! Upon leaving my mom and I inquired about gluten free desserts. The gentleman at the counter said, let me ask the kitchen for sure, and he said yes, they said the sticky rice is ready for your next time in! Amazing food. Friendly service. We will definitely be back. Do try Bangkok Thai Restaurant if you enjoy Thai food.

We visited Sukho Thai for sushi last night and found the experience a bit below their usual standard. The prices were fair, the rice was warmer than expected, and some of the fish had a slightly aged taste. In the past, we've had great experiences here, so I'm assuming it might've just been a busy week. We'll keep it in mind for our next visit. read more

So my food experience was probably more of a 1 but if you get to stop by their market, I was happy with the goodies and groceries I found. Like a couple of people said, this place was haphazardly run for sure. There was only one worker for the market and the restaurant. Even though there was only 1 other table of people plus my party (4 people), it seemed to be too much to handle for the 1 worker. Service was super slow, he couldn't really answer any questions and nothing really met expectations. The menu was the worst one I had ever seen in terms of misspellings and wrong pictures and inaccuracies and I'm comparing it to other Asian menus that tend to get some typos every once in a while. This menu never had one complete line without a couple of typos...which, you know, if the description and picture were accurate enough, it still wouldn't have mattered. There were multiple pictures of their pad thai dish that looked like a thin eggy crepe on top of stir fried noodles--extremely appetizing. Server said off the bat that nope, the dish does not look like that at all. Okay...fine but then please get a different picture. I ordered the Egg Noodles soup that clearly listed: Egg noodles with scallion, carrot, cilantro, mushroom, ground chicken, ground pork and ground beef. Literally none of those items were in my dish except for a few strips of carrot. The "egg noodles" were the cheap vermicelli clear noodles, no ground beef but really stringy, tough pieces of leftover beef and only celery pieces instead of mushrooms, cilantro, scallions. It was completely different. Server offered no explanation to the differences nor a discount or anything... Someone ordered the baso (basil) fried rice and it looked amazing. The other 2 in my party ordered chicken pad thai which looked really corn starchy and pink instead of the more natural brown sauce I'm used to at better Thai restaurants. Nope, not coming back here!
