The store is larger than the Venice store so it offers a much broader selection as well as an on site tailor. That's a unique feature you don't see too often. You can get fitted and have your clothing in your possession and ready to wear same day. I worked with Shugee and she was an absolute doll. Knowledgeable, friendly, great taste and fun. She definitely made me her client. In terms of value I hear people say Suit Supply is costly, but I disagree. The fabrics are all made in Italy and are beautiful. I don't care where they're put together. If your clothing fits properly and is made of quality fabric, you'll look great. read more

Came here yesterday to look at some blazers I had checked out online. When I arrived a sales associate greeted me. I asked if I could look at a specific blazer I had saved online. He started to walk me back to the room with the suits but when I mentioned that I am probably just looking today and will come back and get fitted tomorrow he immediately stopped and said "if that's the case you can find the blazer yourself, it's probably somewhere around here" and he walked away. Drove two hours in traffic to this location because it's the only one near me and I left empty-handed and incredibly frustrated. That sympathy evaporated fast. I explained that I'd driven quite a distance and had an important event coming up. His response? A rude "It'll be an hour and a half," followed by an eye roll and walking away mid-sentence. Still, I waited. For over an hour. Then, just when I expected to finally get some help, I received a notification from the store itself saying they couldn't help me today after all. I came here to write a review of my awful experience at Suitsupply and noticed how many bad reviews mention the "bald man" at the front -- and my bad experience comes from the same employee, who I believe is the store manager. I just wish I had read these reviews before I went! I tried calling Suitsupply multiple times about a week and a half before I came in, but as others mentioned, they don't pick up their phone. After trying and failing to reach them, I called the Venice location and they picked up -- I asked them some questions about the shopping experience, but no one ever said I needed to make an appointment. When I got to the store, the bald man greeted me and said there was a 30 minute wait to be seen and that I should have called to make an appointment. I told him I tried to call, but no one picked up. I have a puppy at home and told him I didn't have enough time to wait 30 minutes before beginning to shop and that I would go to Bloomingdale's instead. I really, really wish I had just done that. The bald man then said he'd help me (I wish I had known the he was the manager of the store and *not* a stylist, which I didn't find out until checkout). He rushed me the entire time. When he took me to the dressing room with a suit, he said "We'll get you out of here in record speed." I told him I'm not in a rush, that I just wasn't able to wait 30 minutes to begin shopping. Then he made a comment about how he's given me the cheapest suit, and I told him I wasn't looking for the cheapest suit, but for the right for me. Even with that, it was clear he was still rushing me and save me money at the expense of getting a suit that fit my personal style. I also don't think he had a good fashion sense at all. For instance, when I tried on the white undershirt for my suit he said it fit perfectly. I think asked "Uhm, aren't the arms too long?" And then he look at them and basically said "Oh yea," measured it and then said they would take about 7 inches off it. How did he not catch that and why was I the one telling him that I needed it hemmed to look good? Even when it came to the ties, he presented me with some options and one was a cool knit tie, but I've never tried one before. I said that I think I'd like it, but I want to see how it would look on me. Instead of offering to let me try it, he instead pushed a plain black tie on me. I really thought I'd get an experience where I'd get to see a few different suits to see what would work best for me, and have a fashionable stylist help me with picking out the perfect suit. Instead, I paid almost $1,200 for a suit that I'm not excited about and that I have no confidence will look good on me or that is the best suit I could have gotten there (because I have an event coming up, I don't have the ability to get a different suit for it). Going back through this experience in my head, there are so many times I should have just left and I blame myself for not leaving. And also, I reached out to customer support for help and they said my only option is to talk to the manager when I went to pickup the suit (even though I explicitly told customer support that I'm having the suit shipped to me). read more

The suit, tie, and suede shoes were picked by Elliot. We were able to bring our large dog into the store, and the Suitsupply associates that she met were so nice to her. From the first fitting to the final fitting, Elliot always made sure we (my dog and I) were comfortable and having an enjoyable time during my husband's suit fitting. On Friday 9/18/25 at 2pm I brought my son into the Century City CA store and worked with a salesperson Xavier to spend A LOT on two suits and two shirts. We were explicit from the very start that we needed at least one suit and shirt by Saturday 9/20 in the evening for an important family event Sunday. We were promised the whole purchase alterations would be complete by 6pm on Saturday 9/20. When we arrived at the store at 9pm on Saturday 9/20 we were told that nothing was completed, the items were offsite and would not be ready until Monday. We were misled, actually lied to, and the staff could not have cared less. I am beyond disappointed. Lying to a customer should never be acceptable. I could have pursued other options for alterations if I had been told the truth. Don't shop here. read more

SuitSupply is regularly compared to places like Indochino, Mens Warehouse, Bonobos, etc. Having shopped at MW and Bonobos in the past I decided to walk into Suitsupply to see what they could do to help me pick out a suit. Nothing fancy, a Navy blue suit, conservative fit, but flattering on my frame, which has been difficult to find off the rack before alterations (8" drop). After entering my information to receive a text about returning for a salesperson, i was invited to peruse the store. While walking, a short bald man hurriedly walks from behind me trying to squeeze between myself and the coat rack next to me. Once he realizes the direction i'm walking means he will be unable to fit between myself and the coat rack he calls out rudely, I simply say "oh my bad" and move out of his way but as he paces one tiny leg in front of the other he calls out saying something along the lines of "that'll happen when you mindlessly wander around" mind you I'm walking in a straight line, on the invitation from the other employees, and this man in his shiny sweaty mind is convinced his silent sprint is somehow obvious to everyone and anyone who does not bow out of the way is simply mindless? I walked out of the store and cancelled my appointment. talking to few other stores where I DID end up purchasing a suit, I inquired about the attitude of the employees at Suit Supply and reportedly its known by menswear employees across the mall that their whole business model is based on snarky shark-like attitude and they get enough business that they dont care who decides not to shop there. IF you on the off-chance are interested in purchasing a suit from Suit Supply I would HIGHLY recommend trying a different location, perhaps the location in Venice/Abbott Kinney before trying this one. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review however my experience at Suit Supply was truly terrible. I am getting married in June and was excited to try tuxedos. First of all they hound you with texts threatening a 15 minute grace period though when I arrived 5 min late my advisor was still working with another client. When my appointment began it was clear this was not going to be a good experience. Immediately you are aggressively sold the tuxedo package -- mind you I still haven't been asked ANY questions about what I am looking for as far as color, fit, fabric etc. It is literally like a suit factory where you are just a number and potential sale. It is truly disgusting. You would think they would try to make the experience enjoyable and exciting, especially for such a special event. Overall it was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had and the staff needs serious retraining on basic care for your customers. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I left feeling extremely anxious and disappointed. On the walk back to the car I stumbled upon Ralph Lauren and decided to just walk in. The experience at Ralph Lauren was a STARK contrast to the one I had at Suit Supply. I can never recommend Suit Supply and will absolutely never be back. Do NOT spend your money here. Come back and all the sales associates are meandering around. Show some urgency, people!! Basically serve myself. Eventually someone helps. He was attentive, to his credit. Alterations needs to be done. Come back two days later and it's 15 mins before the suit comes back from the basement. "We'll text you when it's ready." Worse, the guy says I can't try it on because there are no appointments. I'm like "WTF!? I don't need an appointment to try on the suit that should fit perfectly." While I'm waiting, I can see FOUR empty change rooms. 30 mins later, my suit finally arrives. I was going to walk across to J Crew to try it on but ended up walking into the Suit Supply change room. Long story short, this store thinks you have nothing better to do than spend multiple days in their store. Newsflash: I want a suit, then to get back to my life!!! What should've been a positive experience ended up being ruined by their ridiculous store policies. I will not be back. Hopefully the suit is at least good quality. read more

I booked an appointment with a highly recommended "style advisor," explicitly noting that it was for a custom tuxedo for my upcoming wedding. Upon my arrival, Justin, the style advisor, gave me a warm welcome. Despite his friendly demeanor, I found his frequent off-topic conversations with other employees about personal plans slightly detracting from the professionalism I expected, especially considering the occasion. Those types of conversations would be more appropriate when they're not with a client. I mentioned that I saved my preferences in my online shopping cart, hoping this would streamline things. As he began taking my measurements, I felt that he was unaware that I was ordering a custom tuxedo, and when I clarified this with him, his reaction confirmed my hunch. He appeared unaware I was ordering a custom tuxedo and quickly shifted gears. He took all of my measurements and entered them into a tablet. He then started asking me about my preferences, and I reminded him again that I saved them in my cart. Frustrated, I pulled it up on my phone and gave it to him to enter everything. He placed the order without asking any questions and told me it would arrive in a few weeks. When the tuxedo arrived, it required several adjustments, especially the trousers, which were extremely loose. Despite multiple fittings and alterations made by the store, the final fit of the trousers still fell short of my expectations. So I took them to another tailor who was able to alter them to my exact liking. This experience highlighted a limitation in the store's alteration capabilities, as explained by the manager of the tailor shop, suggesting that Suit Supply struggles to make more nuanced tailoring needs. In retrospect, while the quality of the tuxedo itself was good (but not great for what I paid), the overall service and fitting experience did not meet the high standards I expected. In my opinion, these "style advisors" are not true tailors, and are sales associates with minimal training in being a tailor. A skilled tailor will not only measure accurately but also consult on styles, fabrics, and details that will best complement the individual's physique and personal style. My bf and I were SO grateful to find Suitsupply and to have Justin McWashington as our incredible stylist to help us make a custom linen suit for a warm wedding down in Mexico. Justin provided us with a highly bespoke experience from the start (along with a glass of champagne!) and Suitsupply was the only shop that had linen was a possibility in the middle of December after we called around to over a dozen local spots that didn't. The wedding was just days away, so Justin expertly measured and helped us select the perfect fabric in a quick and super fun appointment. Justin was also super sweet to expedite our order to have the suit made and delivered within just a few short days. When the suit arrived, we were absolutely THRILLED with what Justin had used his styling magic to help make and no additional adjustments were needed since the measuring was so spot on. Unfortunately, everything went wrong the second time. * My email was misspelled when the order was entered, so I never received any shipping confirmation or tracking updates. * The apartment number I clearly provided (Apt 2804) was left out of the shipping address. In a building with over 600 units, this made it nearly impossible for the package to reach me. * Worst of all, the store never entered the shipping info into the system at all. I had no idea the item had even shipped. I only found out five days later, after repeatedly calling and pushing for answers. I was eventually told it was an internal oversight -- someone simply "forgot" to input it. * I was told over the phone that someone would follow up within three hours. No one ever contacted me. * Not once has anyone apologized. * And throughout, the staff kept blaming my building for the lost package -- as if omitting the apartment number and failing to record the shipment wasn't the actual issue. What disappoints me most isn't just the errors -- it's the lack of basic responsibility or professionalism in addressing them. The attitude I received was defensive, dismissive, and at times condescending. It's a real shame. The in-store experience when buying my suit was genuinely great -- but everything that came after, especially how problems were handled, made me question whether Suitsupply stands behind its own service standards. Worst experience with my wife. We walked in and checked in they told us about 30 minute wait time. We waited more than 1 hour. What bothered us the most is that other people that checked in before us were seen. We were the last people in the lobby until finally seen. When finally being seen we were given a sales guy that was not enthusiastic and helpful, we are observed other sales men in there. They were asking the proper question and showing options. I felt like I had to sale myself on the viewings of suits. I've purchased suits before so I told the salesmen my size just for him to give me the wrong size and then blame the fact someone misplaced it. My wife looked and me and felt embarrassed for me. He then said he will look in his back stock, we were left in the lobby again for 20 minutes. When he finally came back out we told him we have to go. Even himself knew how his service was. We finally decided to leave. We drove 2 hours away! Keep in mind I just recommended multiple people to this place for weddings and occasions. I felt judged by this place the moment I walked in, it's very disappointing because Suitsupply has always been my option. Will never set a foot here again. I wish I can put the salesman name on here but there wasn't even a proper introduction. Keep in mind we walked in there with a purpose. Knew my size to not waste more times. I wanted to buy multiple suits. But when you are spending $$$ but proper service defines where you spend. I haven't purchased a suit in years. Last time I bought one was with my mom at a local suit warehouse in high school for prom. That was about six years ago, so it was most definitely time to purchase a suit. I needed one for a wedding, but at the same time this suit should be, at the very least, a little versatile for other occasions. Being a big fan of the Kingsman movies, I knew I wanted a double-breasted jacket. The previous I owned had thick padding on the shoulders, so I also knew I wanted the padding to be less thick to allow a more natural contour of my shoulders. I walked in without an appointment. I was greeted by a young woman who set me up with a 1-to-1 salesperson. The wait was about thirty minutes, which was fine. I was paired with a woman named Phoebe. She was very attentive and catered to the specifications that I desired. Everything was thought of, from "opening" the seat of the pant, to making sure the padding of the jacket wasn't too thick. Some alterations were needed, and one week later I got the suit. The suit itself was very fitting. It allowed for enough movement while keeping a slim figure. At the wedding I was moving and dancing a lot, and the fabric was breathable enough to where I didn't have to remove it when I was dancing. And the compliments I got!! People were calling me a Kingsman all day. In fact, I was the only person with a double-breasted jacket at the venue, which was a neat fact. But anyway, my overall experience with SuitSupply was extremely positive. Price was just right, not breaking the bank. Massive kudos to Phoebe and Jason, who assisted me when I picked up my altered suit, for the attentiveness and professionalism I expected from a premium product store. I had a pretty bad experience here. I went with my fiancé to look at tuxes. He had made an appointment and they had it on record but told us the guy who could help him was on his lunch break, which seems strange considering we made an appointment and showed up on time. Anyway, someone helped us initially and gave him some things to try on. Eventually our main contact showed up and proceeded to blatantly lie to us about the fit of the tux. It very, very clearly did not fit properly and he tried to pass it off as normal. In another bizarre twist, are no mirrors in the dressing rooms or right outside the dressing rooms. And the salesman never escorted my fiancé to a mirror. So he never actually saw himself in the suit! To echo another review, there's also nowhere for a partner to sit while you're waiting for the person who is changing. You just have to awkwardly stand there and wait. After my fiancé tried on that tux he came out of the fitting room expecting to discuss the options with the salesman...who was nowhere to be found. We needed up leaving without ever seeing him again. Considering how many people work in this store, the customer service was horrendous. I would have real concerns about the quality of the product if this is the quality of their staff. We had a night and day experience next door at Bonobos. I would save your time and go there instead. read more
