Have held up through it all. Now, for the latest visit. My first time to the Beverly Hills location. It was incredible. I went in to confirm my measurements where I met John. What a journey! I was recommended this place by my best friend who used their services for his wedding. I started off by booking my first appointment through Enzo's online system about 4 months before my wedding. They postponed my appt 3 times before I physically went in, which didn't give me a lot of confidence with my wedding coming up in just over 2 months at this point. After I finally went in, I was measured by Andres and assured that 2 months was all they needed for their entire process. I was helped by Andres and John throughout my next few appointments whom were both very responsive to all my questions. There is a plethora of customization options available and they walked me through all of it. My order arrived just 2 weeks before my wedding, with just enough time for fine-tuning my tux/shirt just the way I wanted. Although the administrative process was sub-par, the clothiers like Andres and John really make the experience and I will still be purchasing any of my suits/tuxes here in the future. read more

I have worked with - and been a client of Sean's (the current shop manager) - for a while now. He's helped me out with a couple of suits I've needed for special occasions through the years, and through different companies (I won't mention those competitors' names here *cough*). It was always a super easy process and a pretty great time, so naturally - I decided to hit him up for a special tux I need for a wedding this Summer!  It was my first time trying Enzo, and first time putting together a custom suit at all - so I wanted to come in with plenty of time to get everything done and I figured a few months would be good. To my surprise, during our consult Sean mentioned that most pieces can be delivered in 3 or 4 weeks! I was pretty shocked, being under the impression that something like this could be a month's long process. We talked and talked about my options in designing the look and dove deep into fabric selection for the tux. It's also my first piece of formal wear (evening wear?) so I wasn't really sure where to begin, but we talked through all the options and pretty effortlessly whittled down the design for a look that's going to be appropriate, but also stylish and unique.  It was only a consultation - I have so much time between now and my event I decided to come back in the Spring time to complete the order. Finally returned to Enzo after a few years locked up at home. Cody, the last Enzo LA manager was great and the current manager Bethany is awesome as well. She attentive, thorough, and patient. I witnessed her patience during last visit in March. One customer came into the store late (thus interrupted my appointment time), he made several rude remarks. His tone was so bad even my friend who didn't speak much English could pick up the nasty attitude. Bethany and Alexis did their best to help him. Despite what took place, Bethany did her best to help me to pick out two shirts. I had trouble deciding and she gave great advice on what style might fit me best. Sean was great! Very professional and accommodating. He was able to walk me through the differences of all the fabrics and colors and made everything easy for me to understand. There were a lot more measurements than I had anticipated so the suit came out on the first fitting fairly nicely. I had done too many leg workouts during that month and a half period so the thighs needed some adjusting but outside of that the 3 piece suit fit great! Heads up and TLDR: Cody is no longer working here (apparently he left about a year ago). He's been replaced by Troy, who just gave my fiancé and I one of the most perplexing and bizarrely negative suit consultations I've ever had the displeasure to be involved with. It was by far the most negative experience we've ever had with a vendor (and we've met with A LOT during the course of our wedding planning). To be short, Troy was perplexingly rude, unhelpful, and borderline dismissive. My fiancé and I had been meeting with multiple tailors and suit providers over the past few weekends, looking for an appropriate wedding suit. I was looking for something better than off the rack, perhaps a step above MTM, but below bespoke. Based on the overwhelmingly positive Yelp reviews, we saw Enzo Custom as a potential option and made an appointment. Now, I'm a pretty detail oriented and prepared customer (I'm an attorney). I do my research so that I don't waste anyone else's time or my own during a consultation. So I already had my suit color and style in mind - I even had photo examples ready. I just wanted an expert eye to give me feedback and guide me toward the right suit/color tone/fabric and provide a great custom wedding suit. Ultimately it wouldn't have mattered because Troy was completely unprepared to be helpful in any way. Our first entrance into the shop should have been a warning sign. We walked into an empty shop and was greeted by Troy, who neither bothered to smile at us nor shake my hand in greeting (I understand it could have been COVID concerns but it's not like the dude was even wearing a mask - we were though). In fact he acted like he had no idea why we were there, despite the fact that we had just talked and confirmed our appointment an hour ago. Okay, weird I thought. Then, rather than inviting us to sit down at his desk, he had us remain standing in the middle of the shop as he passively aggressively interrogated me. "Why are you here, what's your price range, do you have any idea about what kind of suits we provide here." Which was surprising to me, because I had actually written all of this information down in my appointment email, which he clearly did not bother to read. And yes, I'd bothered to read through most of the reviews here on Yelp as well as to visit their website. After I explained to him what I was looking for, he proceeded to lecture me about how the Enzo experience was so different from all the other tailors, and how he had worked at a bunch of the fancy suit shops in Beverly Hills, which was completely irrelevant to the questions I was asking him. As I informed him on the color I was looking for, he took out a fabric swatch book, threw it on a counter, and carelessly flipped through it without bothering to feign any interest. I think his words were "here's all our blue swatches, why don't you figure out what looks good." And here I thought I was going to be getting some personal consulting! At one point, he wandered away from us and went across the store to sit at his desk to look up some info, leaving us standing in the middle of the empty store. When I asked him if we should join him at the desk, his response was a careless "sure, if you want." WTF?! The last tailor we had met with, before Enzo that day, personally met us in their building lobby, took us up the elevator to their office/showroom, and had a pre-prepared personalized selection of swatches for us to review. This could not have been a more opposite experience. I came into this store potentially ready to spend a good chunk of change on a suit. Instead, thanks to my experience with Troy, I find myself writing a one star Yelp review (I honestly rarely take the time to do that) because our appointment with him was such a complete waste of time. Hopefully this was just a bad day for him, but Enzo Custom definitely won't be getting any business from us. Unfortunately for them, Troy appears to be the only consultant in their LA shop, as he let it slip that Cody apparently left about a year ago. One final bizarre point: He also made sure to emphasize that he never read the Yelp reviews and couldn't be bothered to update the Yelp page information (to replace Cody). Which is unfortunate, because he could probably learn something from all of the positive reviews people have left here for Cody (and change the consultant info, so they know they're getting a surly unpleasant snob, rather than the guy everyone's been leaving glowing reviews about). Good luck - hopefully the next customer gets a more helpful version of Troy. read more

I've worn plenty of suits throughout the years so I've grown pretty comfortable in wearing suits for special occasions. I'm not really the type to need anything fancy to wear. I would always think that suits were suits and that regular suits would do me fine. Recently, for our wedding, I thought I would see if bespoke suits would be to my liking. I found Enzo Custom and was curious to see what a custom suit would feel like. I received my suit after getting all the measurements and was pleasantly surprised with the results. The fit was so comfortable that I felt that I could sleep in it. The fabric was durable and wrinkle resistant. Customer service is a joke you're better off buying from a place that actually wants your business unless you're the type of person that like spending thousands of dollars and treated like an asshole - than Enzo is perfect place for you. Any good tailor has access to the same fabrics at way better pricing. I regret spending thousands of dollars at the store and I will never purchase another garment from Enzo custom again. I'm guessing they will be out of business in a years time based off how they run the company anyway so you're really just better off building a relationship somewhere else. read more

The suits looked amazing when they came in but I only realized how nice it was when we went home and my dad tried on an old custom suit of his. It wasn't even close! My experience with Enzo Custom has been nothing short of fantastic. What separates them from other options is the dedicated one on one consultations. It felt great being able to allocate an hour with an Enzo representative solely attentive to my specific needs (budget, choice of fabric, fit, etc). I initially met with Brad who flew in from his Charlotte, North Carolina store to help the Los Angeles location. Nothing felt forced in my meet up with him. He listened to my needs and only stepped in when there may have been other options I may not have considered when we built out my suit. After the order was placed, there was a handoff from Brad to Sean who took over the Los Angeles store. Working with Sean for the rest of the process was equally impressive as Brad's. It was exciting trying out my custom suit for the first time which put a big smile on my face. But even then, Sean provided valuable feedback on making minor adjustments to ensure the fit was dialed in! I was really happy with the end result so much so that I told my cousin about it who also picked up a suit with Sean. Getting my first suit could have been a very intimidating process. Last year (March 2020) my fiancé and I were referred to Enzos and we had the pleasure of working with Cody. We were honestly sold on Enzos from just our interaction with Cody alone, he offered us water, sat down with us and went over and beyond to help us create the dream suit we envisioned. Unfortunately Covid happened and we had to post pone our wedding and the measurement appointment twice. Fast forward a year: I called in June to schedule an appointment for the measurements as we are getting ready to finally have our wedding and I asked when the latest we could make it for and the lady on the phone suggested mid July, so I scheduled it for then. Today, we came into the appointment for measurements and we found out that all of our past information was no longer in the system and that Cody no longer worked there. He was replaced by Troy, who had no idea why we were there (although we made an appointment for measurements) and he did not seem eager to help us in any way. He did not make us feel welcomed or comfortable in any way and made us feel like we did not belong there. We showed him a picture of a similar suit that we had designed a year ago with Cody and he mentioned that it wasn't available and the color we wanted wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered(which was the case a year ago, however Cody made it seem like it was no big deal, where Troy made it seem like a huge inconvenience. )He went to go show us his catalog and at that moment I reminded him that the previous quote we got was for 1100 and that we weren't wanting to spend more than that. He mentioned that the catalog he was about to show us was 2800, and that it was going to be tough to get close to 1100, even though starting prices online state 450. As another customer stated, He started just tossing the catalogs to us of what was in our price range but it contained just a bunch of basic suits and none of which were even remotely close to the photo we had showed him or even the color or style. I find it hard to believe that the only green suit you can get from that place is $2800, especially when the previous year Cody had practically said they could make anything and in any color. Just as our interaction with Cody sold us the first time, our interaction with Troy did the exact opposite and we will be getting our suit elsewhere now. read more

Since I first stepped into the Beverly Hills showroom 4 years ago, I've worked with 3 generations of Enzo clothiers. From Cody to Brad to currently Sean, they have all offered the kind of attention, expertise, and patient care that you would hope for and expect from a custom suiting experience. Sure, it's Beverly Hills, but you don't have to be high society to receive red carpet treatment here. The service is top notch regardless of who walks through those doors. But how about the suits? Because at the end of the day, you're there to get a nice suit. And that you will. In all likelihood, you'll acquire more than just one over the years as you will immediately appreciate the quality of the garments (standard tier fabrics are fantastic) and the company's relentless pursuit of the "perfect" fit. I respectfully borrow the slogan of another suit supplier here: "You're gonna like the way you look--I guarantee it." Oh, and did I mention that they keep their sparkling water chilled? I came across Enzo as a birthday treat for my boyfriend. I had read great reviews about the shop and the work that Cody does. Sometimes, Yelp reviews can be misleading but after having picked up the final product, I can absolutely say Enzo Custom is everything everyone say it is and more. It is truly such a gem! It's the perfect place if you are looking for a bespoke suit that is high quality in the material as well as the craftsmanship. Sure, you're going to pay more than the price of an off-the-rack suit but it is 110% worth it. The shop is unassuming and the plus for us was how it was void of the typical Beverly Hills glitz and stuffy-ness. You'll still find your amenities here like some whiskey/scotch and wine (hey, why not? It's 5 o' clock somewhere.), espresso and bottled flat and sparkling water. Cody puts so much attention to the whole experience and getting all the measurements and going over all the options you have. The details are amazing - from picking the lining to monogramming under the collar of the suit. AMAZING!!! My boyfriend loves his suit and feels like a million bucks. When you come here you don't just pay for the tailoring and the fabric but you're also buying Cody's sense of fashion in creating the final product. I had to keep making adjustment since some parts didn't feel/look right whether it was the odd vest length or the arm length but Cody was patient with me the whole time and even scraped the 1st odd vest that was made for me and had the factory remake a new one.
