Like many, I am getting married and looked around for the best place to get a custom suit for that special day. I met with Cody to see what my options were and knew that this was the place. Not only does he have great knowledge but you can't beat the price. Went back for measurements and went through the process of designing the suit. I did not realize how much goes into a suit but Cody made sure I was happy with every decision no matter how small. I picked up my suit and could not be happier. The fit is perfect. As with every suit there may be some changes at the first fitting. The only thing Cody had to touch is the sleeve. Coming in as a suit newbie this was a very unique and, dare I say, easy experience. I've always worn show blacks (studio work) so starting to wear a suit for my new career was a bit daunting for someone of my previously informal nature. Rack suits never really fit me well due to my body type of wide birthing hips (not so great as a guy), shorter waist, and girthier legs (squat girths, yo). Anyhow, enter Cody @ Enzo who provided this newbie with an amazingly unique and easy experience. The measurements, suggestions, and guidelines were spot on and couldn't be happier. I got to pick out a few pieces to add my own flair to an already beautiful suit at a good price point (you can get some extravagant stuff if you have the cash). I recently worked with Cody to make two beautiful suits for work.  This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever received.  I will absolutely be coming back for my future work and formal wear needs.   What I especially appreciated was Cody's guidance, the selection, and the value.   I came in with a good idea of what I was looking for, however, without Cody's guidance, I wouldn't have ended up with two suits that are essentially perfect.  Cody provided really good advice on fabrics, style, and fit.  He has worked in men's suiting for his entire career and spent a great deal of time with me to help me get to the right outcome.  He patiently listened to what I thought I wanted, and also challenged me on certain choices.  I really appreciate his strong point of view and am glad that I took his advice where I did.   While I was looking for some relatively simple suits, the selection of choices was really impressive.  They have a wide array of fabrics, liners, buttons, and designs to fit any taste or budget.  They can make you a beautiful suit for the same price you would pay to buy something on sale at Nordstrom, or they can work with the best fabrics in the world to make you a suit that would be similar to what you would find at any store on Rodeo.  While the suit I made looks very professional, I appreciated being able to make it a bit unique. If you've shopped around or purchased any number of suits, you know that the value speaks for itself.  I ended up with two perfectly fitting suits made of Zegna fabric for a fraction of what I would have paid to get the same thing off the rack.  Additionally, I got to pick out all the details, such as lining and buttons.  As long as your budget gets you above JoS. My ol' faithful black suit was beginning to show its age. As I shopped around at the usual retailers that offer off-the-rack products, I realized that #1 I was between two standard sizes, and #2 the quality of the material and the mass-market machine-stitching simply didn't justify the prices. "Why pay additional for alterations after only settling on a suit that wasn't originally made for me?" I thought. Along the way, I learned to ask for and look for things in a suit that signal quality. Canvas interlining. Premium wool. Reinforced stitching. Durable, long-lasting buttons. No slacking near the bicep area, and no poofy shoulder pads... I must've gone to one premium department store and two mass-market suit businesses before coming to the conclusion that a suit is a high-involvement purchase for me, I want it to look great for the money I'm willing to pay, and the best suits are those that were made for you. Enter Enzo Custom. I read the reviews like everybody else, and the pricing didn't scare me off because with suits from the rack stores would end up costing nearly as much, but they wouldn't be a good as something that was custom-tailored for me to begin with. The initial fitting appointment at Enzo Custom's BH location was a phenomenal customer experience for me. Cody is the clothier here, and he took detailed measurements while I explained to him my style preferences, color preferences, and asked him for suggestions on button colors and collar shapes, and so on and so forth. After the measurements were done, I had the opportunity to select from a palette of colors, both for the actual suit as well as the buttons. From there it was a matter of choosing between three different clothing materials. This was my first time getting a custom-tailored suit, and I have to say it feels really special to know that a fine piece of clothing will be made to your exact measurements. No more screwy alterations, no more regret. In less than two weeks, I received a call that my suits were in, and that I should make a follow-up appointment for any minor changes. In this second appointment Cody and I decided that the only minor thing necessary was to fix a riding collar, and that too not by much. One more week later, and after those changes were made, my suits were ready for me to pick up. I got one in traditional black, and one in dark navy blue. Honestly, these suits make me look like a goddamn movie star! If you're interested in purchasing one or more suits that will last you a long time and look phenomenal, then take it from me - go to Enzo Custom, pay for the quality and for knowing that this suit was made specifically to make YOU look good in it, and you will be one happy customer. I can't recommend Enzo Custom enough! It's a bit intimidating to think about shopping for custom clothes in Beverly Hills, if you're not from there. You don't really know what to expect, is the shop going to ignore you, or make you feel unwelcome, or take all of your money! I'll admit I felt that way before finding Enzo Custom, and as soon as I walked in the door my preconceived worries legitimatly melted away! I was fortunate enough to work with Sean Abellar who quite honestly made my experience one of the best shopping experiences of my life! He was welcoming, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and overall just a great person to work with! I absolutely love my suit! it was delivered well before the due date, and I just had my first fitting. Came here for my first custom suit for my wedding. I honestly couldn't be any happier with the whole experience. I had meetings with a few places and really didn't have any expectation for my first consultation here, but right from the start Cody is just a friendly, down-to-earth guy that will work with your needs/budget to figure out what's best for you. In the end I walked out with my order set. For the price and Cody's customer service, it just made sense. I never felt any pressure or upsell and the only thing he cares about is that you look and feel good with your experience and suit. Cody will answer any questions you have and walk you through step-by-step through all of your options. He pointed out where it was just a style-call/preference vs. when he thought something should be a certain way, laying out the pros and cons, which I appreciate because he's obviously seen/fitted countless more suits than I will. I picked out all the details of my suit and got all my measurements done in the first meeting, which probably took about an hour. A few weeks later I went in for my fitting where Cody pointed where he though certain areas could be tightened up, so back it went to the tailor. A few weeks after that, went in for another fitting and I still wasn't completely satisfied with everything so we made a few minor edits and sent the suit back for a few more changes. I never felt rushed or pressure to accept the suit and felt like Cody was going to do what it take to make sure I had the perfect fit. In the end because of the 3rd fitting, it got down pretty close to my wedding date so to make sure it would arrive on time Cody sent the suit international overnight with no additional charge. Not the most important thing, but for what it's worth...compared to the other shops I looked at, the price here is better / just as competitive, which is always a plus. After looking at all of the "department store" suits and trying to see what brand fits me the best was so tiring and over whelming. I met Cody at Enzo Custom the coolest and I must say very knowledgeable how a suit should fit your body. He took all my measurements for a custom suit as well as a custom shirt. All of there suit are made to order with the measurement Cody notes down. I spent a while finding the right custom fit clothes (Proper Cloth, Indochino, Trunk Club, you name it), even going to their locations to get measured. The best fit came from Enzo - hands down. These folks really know what they're doing. Also, they know which materials will work well together, and how to pair styles/patterns. (By contrast, at another place--NOT Enzo--I was getting a shirt and picked out a fantastic fabric I liked, great accent pattern, and discovered after I received it I discovered the cuff/collar accent cloth showed through the fabric, and the fabric was not sturdy enough to support collar buttons leading to a slouch in the collar. The person didn't know how clothes worked, and didn't have familiarity with their own product. Things like that don't happen here.) read more

This is my first time using a made-to-measure service, and I couldn't be happier with it. I went to see Cody at the recommendation of my friend, who had his tuxedo done for his own wedding. It was sharp, fit him well, and I knew that I wanted to have my wedding suit done by Cody at Enzo Custom as well. The process can be a little daunting and overwhelming, but Cody does an excellent job walking you through the process and helping you pick the things that are most important to you, whether it be a specific color or a specific fabric. There is a huge variety of choices that are presented, but if you have even the slightest vision in mind, Cody will walk you through every step of the way. For myself, I knew that I wanted a slim fitting 2-piece suit in a specific type of blue, and we were eventually able to find the perfect combination. I own a handful of designer off-the-rack suits (e.g. BOSS) that have been tailored, and don't get me wrong, I love them. But there's something different about having a made-to-measure that makes it feel so good. After the first fitting it was already near-perfect, and Cody will make sure that it is. For my experience, it was to the point where even the right arm sleeve was just a tad bit off, and I had to delay picking up the suit by a few days in order to have it adjusted by the tailor so that it would be that perfect fit. No regrets there; it looks awesome. A few tips: 1. Expect to spend some money. It is not at the level of bespoke suits, but it isn't cheap either, and can be more expensive than some designer off-the-rack suits. 2. Make sure you make an appointment at least 6 weeks before your event/wedding/whatever you need the piece for. It will give ample amount of time for touch-up and tailoring once it has been put together. 3. It would be helpful going into the appointment with some idea of what you want. You don't need a lot of detail; Cody will help you through it. Looking at pictures beforehand and showing them to Cody was very helpful. Thanks so much, Cody! Short version: Enzo Custom is THE go-to spot for a top notch tailored shirt / suit Long version: Enzo is the relatively new kid on the block and the rest of the neighborhood is in officially on watch. Service - Cody was friendly, and extremely helpful with the process. He provided a great mix of both recommendations and flexibility with all of the possible customization options. He knew fashion trends, the best options for your body, and it never felt like he was upselling me on anything. His feedback was candid, honest and I had a tremendous amount of faith and trust in his ability to deliver the suit of my dreams (apologies for the corniness). Last point: they will also offer you whiskey or wine, it's like a boozy date. Product - the suit came five weeks after initial fitting and was absolutely perfect. The cut matched my body lines impeccably, and the material just felt and looked top notch. It's hard to describe the feeling of wearing a suit that's perfectly tailored; you stand a little taller and feel a little bit more whole. It's an experience I'd recommend to any of my friends. All in all, buying a men's suit can be a daunting task (trust me I've done everything, from haggling dealers downtown to trying out the department store route). First time getting a bespoke suit and could not have come to a better place than Enzo Custom. The store has a nice environment and a great selection of fabrics and colors. The best part of the experience was working with Cody. He is extremely knowledgeable but also very patient, which was important to me. This place is a true bespoke suit and shirt shop. First, the customer experience is extremely important to them. They set aside appointments so that the associate can give you personalized attention. That may even include a complimentary glass of whiskey or a cup of coffee. Second, I've had suits and shirts made in the past, but Enzo does more customizations than anyone. They can put emboridered initials almost anywhere, different colored stitching for the buttons, and on and on. You can really make your clothing yours. Third, the fit and tailoring. Their measurements are on point, and the suit and shirt that I had made needed almost no touch ups. Having to go back for several corrections can be annoying and ruin a piece of clothing--they get it right the first time. Finally, shout out to Cody for being just an awesome specialist who makes the whole experience worthwhile. He'll make suggestions on what's essential, what might be too 'out there' if you need to keep it professional, and get you in and out of the store if you're in a rush. My overall experience was great. If you are looking for your first custom suit or clothing, then choose Enzo over online MTM. You'll get a better experience, get to work in person with someone who can take precise measurements, and Enzo is extremely well priced, though they have a large selection of fabrics from premium/luxury mills as well. I appreciated that they have their prices posted online as it really helps new customers gauge the different fabric prices. I'm a picky customer and I have some other points of constructive criticism for those that are interested, especially those debating about going bespoke. First, Enzo's fabrics are all natural. No synthetics, with the exception of the stretchy fabrics which have a tiny percentage of elastane. This is awesome especially considering their starting prices. But at the same time it makes the fact that they use polyester linings by default extremely disappointing as polyester almost completely defeats the purpose of having all natural fabrics. It's unbreathable and sticky even in fabrics that use only 30-50% of it. I would recommend that new customers get the 100% Cupro/Rayon lining. For only a $20 upgrade you'll feel the difference, especially if you wear tailored clothing every day. Go read about polyester vs rayon linings. Unfortunately, polyester linings are default and I was unaware of this, otherwise I definitely would have upgraded or removed the lining. Enzo may as well just add $20 to all the prices and get rid of polyester. But hey, some may like polyester lining and most guys probably don't care about those details anyway, so it isn't that surprising and I am still going to order more garments in the future and just remove or upgrade the lining. Regarding Enzo's fitting process, I am fairly well-informed in tailored clothing and have had clothing made bespoke as well, so I am reviewing from that perspective. Enzo basically has unlimited control of the fit and measurements of the garment, inch by inch. That said, it seems like a true bespoke clothier I've worked with has a much better understanding of how to construct a garment so that it drapes perfectly, especially in the smaller details. While Enzo does have unlimited control, they also tend to gravitate toward more modern fits by default, especially in the rise of the pants. Modern fits are usually acceptable for a large proportion of customers nowadays, but if you have a specific fit in mind like a more classic fit or drape cut with a higher waist, you should bring pictures or a garment that already fits you well. Again, control is unlimited, but if you want a specific fit, you should bring in your own garment or measurements which is ultimately what I had to do. Otherwise you are leaving it to the experience and preference of the specific clothier you are working with (Enzo has several locations across the US). It is difficult to compare Enzo with bespoke though, since the price disparity can be so large. Ultimately I was pretty happy with the fit of the trousers I purchased. Finally, the construction and finishing of an Enzo garment won't look or feel as good as a handmade bespoke garment, but the finishing is certainly solid. Doesn't feel cheap, could be better, but for the price it is certainly worth it. In summary Enzo is a really great place to get custom clothing whether you've experienced bespoke or are looking for your first suit. I've only ordered trousers so I may update this review as I purchase suits or jackets. read more

Full disclosure: this is my first custom suit experience. With that being said, why on God's green earth haven't I done this sooner?!? Cody was absolutely fantastic. From start to finished product, I couldn't be happier. I ordered 2 suits (got the package deal, which came with two custom shirts and 2 accessories - either a tie, cuff links, etc). Each suit fits me perfectly (which, obviously, they should). Cody is knowledgeable and attentive and helps you make the right choices. This place will make you look like a million bucks.
