I had a terrible experience with this store. I paid for my fiances tuxedo to arrive early because of a bad review that I read in case I needed corrections to be made prior to the wedding. When he tried on the suit, the pants were two shades lighter than the jacket and the pants were extremely baggy in the legs. I contacted the store to complain that the size was not correct and how could they give me a tuxedo with a different color pants. The response from the female staff was "well everything can't be perfect." I told her this is my wedding and yes his suit had to be perfect! They did not want to refund my money so I could go somewhere else so they replaced the tux with finally the correct color and the right size. We also requested for the best man's suit to arrive early and they messed this order up as well. His tuxedo arrived 1 day before the wedding instead of 3 days early. We asked the store manager to drive to Anaheim to pickup the tux so we could get it early enough in case something was wrong. He requested for someone in our party to drive there even though it was his mistake. We purchased two suits and rented two tuxedos from the owner of this store and this was the type of business we received. I was so angry that I was yelling at him so he hung up the phone and failed to talk to me. I will not give them my money again. read more

Alterations are low cost as well, I used to go to a guy in downtown Riverside and he was really expensive for Alterations. Had too many complications getting situated with the correct suit for a wedding. Went months in advance to get fitted and measured for sizing and when we all started to receive our suits a few weeks before the wedding we noticed that some of our suits, one being mine, was different shade and was missing a few features the other groomsman had. I don't live in the area so it was inconvenient driving here more than once to get the issue resolved. Ultimately, due to time constraints and them not having the time to re-order the correct size, I had to settle for a suit jacket that was a size larger where they just tailored the chest to be more slimmer to compensate the difference. Proportions were way off since nothing but the chest was touched. read more

Sure, the prices were low and there were sizes that many other stores did not have. However, the service is not good. I looked for a shirt for my brothers first interview. They do not let their customers try them on. On top of that, there are no refunds, only exchanges. I caught that at the cash register and stopped my purchase.
