Came into suit exchange after going to men's wear house, Macy's, Jc penny's, and Nordstrom. Told them I was looking for a black suit in the 150-200 price range. Got helped immediately and tried on a Caravelli Black suit. Suit jacket fit well and they have suit separates which is great because I am oddly proportioned. Got the suit with vest, shirt, and tie for 260$ with alterations. Looked up the Caravelli suit online later and was happy with the price I paid for everything. Will update the review when I pick up the suit after alterations. read more

Updated review: Tailoring was done on time and to perfection. My husband had both pairs of slacks hemmed and let out in the seat and crotch. He looks like a million bucks! I definitely recommend Suit Exchange. Original review: Great service, great suits, great prices! What more could you want? Bought two suits here for my very indecisive husband. Moses provided us with great customer service. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision, and he provided honest feedback about what looked best. We found great suits within our budget as well as a couple shirts, ties, and accessories. Moses took measurements and is doing alterations, I will update this review when those are complete. For now we are completely satisfied and we will definitely return for any future formal-wear needs! read more

The sale associate was super sweet and helped us with everything we had questions on! Moses also was super nice and made the whole experience super easy and quick! They have great deals and they are also going to tailed my fiancés suit and have it ready within a couple of days. Really cool store! He will definitely be coming back to get another suit in the future. read more

I had a terrible experience with this store. I paid for my fiances tuxedo to arrive early because of a bad review that I read in case I needed corrections to be made prior to the wedding. When he tried on the suit, the pants were two shades lighter than the jacket and the pants were extremely baggy in the legs. I contacted the store to complain that the size was not correct and how could they give me a tuxedo with a different color pants. The response from the female staff was "well everything can't be perfect." I told her this is my wedding and yes his suit had to be perfect! They did not want to refund my money so I could go somewhere else so they replaced the tux with finally the correct color and the right size. We also requested for the best man's suit to arrive early and they messed this order up as well. His tuxedo arrived 1 day before the wedding instead of 3 days early. We asked the store manager to drive to Anaheim to pickup the tux so we could get it early enough in case something was wrong. He requested for someone in our party to drive there even though it was his mistake. We purchased two suits and rented two tuxedos from the owner of this store and this was the type of business we received. I was so angry that I was yelling at him so he hung up the phone and failed to talk to me. I will not give them my money again. read more

I needed a suit for graduation, Moses was quick to help me find the perfect suit. There was a large selection and many types and styles to choose from. This was a great store and a great atmosphere, I will definitely be returning. read more

Went there today and got great service from Joseph. I bought 3 quality suits at a great price. I will never go back to downtown LA to get suits as long as the Suit Exchange is around! Alterations are low cost as well, I used to go to a guy in downtown Riverside and he was really expensive for Alterations. I was in and out in under 45 minutes and thats also matching the suits with shirts, ties, and handkerchiefs. And thats saying something because I'm picky when it comes to dress clothes. Thanks Joseph! read more

From the time my sister and I walked in with my dad to buy a nice black suit for our mother's funeral services , the salesperson, Moses helped us out. His friendly, personal customer service made us feel at ease with no hassle and bargaining. We needed a basic suit that was within our budget & Moses did just that. There is onsite alterations so we are now sitting here, maybe a 10-15 min wait. The price of the suit, tie, shirt and alterations was a great deal. I recommend this place for anyone. read more

Had a great experiance.. Joseph is very helpful in finding a suit that fits right and does alterations while you wait. Awesome service!

My husband needed a new suit for a business trip and after visiting numerous stores, we happened upon this gem. It was Sunday afternoon and they were packed with young men and families (prom season, Easter?) Yet, the two guys and one gal sales staff were managing to juggle everyone. They have a great selection of better quality suits and we found a beautiful Pronto Nuvo navy wool. Since I'm a tad crowd-phobic, we decided to come back another, less crowded time. Came back Wednesday evening (much calmer) and the other guy (who had not waited on us) still recognized my husband and went right to the suit he'd tried on. We got a great price for a beautiful suit, plus alternations, dress shirt and a lovely tie. Service was impeccable and alterations were completed even more quickly than anticipated. We highly recommend Suit Exchange! read more

Had too many complications getting situated with the correct suit for a wedding. Went months in advance to get fitted and measured for sizing and when we all started to receive our suits a few weeks before the wedding we noticed that some of our suits, one being mine, was different shade and was missing a few features the other groomsman had. I don't live in the area so it was inconvenient driving here more than once to get the issue resolved. Ultimately, due to time constraints and them not having the time to re-order the correct size, I had to settle for a suit jacket that was a size larger where they just tailored the chest to be more slimmer to compensate the difference. Proportions were way off since nothing but the chest was touched. read more
