I rented a tuxedo from The Mens Wearhouse and they fitted me completely wrong. Since my event was just two days away I really had no options and was scrambling to find a suit and wound up here. Honestly, winding up here was the best thing that could have happened. All of the sales associates were incredibly friendly and fitted me perfectly within 10 minutes. They even tailored my pants on the same visit since they knew I was pressed on time. It's very refreshing to find a business that treats their customers like they actually care about them and appreciate their business. I will be returning soon, I look forward to buying another great suit. read more

Walked into Macys was disappointed with their inventory and customer service. Happened to look on Yelp and saw Suit Exchange. Called and they happened to be right next to Macys. Walked in and Joseph greeted us and got to work right away. Measured me and pulled a few selections. Picked the one I wanted and he even helped color coordinate my shoes belt shirt etc. made the alterations right there on the spot. The prices for the suits were very reasonable. I would highly highly recommend suit exchange. I'll be coming here from now on for any suit or tuxedo needs. read more

I needed a tux last minute for an event the next day. Every other tuxedo place I called said it was impossible and the soonest would be a few days --up to a week to get one. A co-worker highly recommended The Suit Exchange at the Galleria mall and said he was in and out in about 30 minutes with his tux. He was not kidding! These guys are fast, professional, and good at what they do. Moses eyeballed me, made a few recommendations, and picked things off the rack that fit perfectly... the only alteration needed was the pants needed to be hemmed, which took all of about five minutes...and I walked out with a new, fitted tux in about 30 minutes TOTAL. read more

I was referred over to the Reem and Joseph by a couple friends so I had to see what all the hype was about. Even though this location is more than 45 minutes away it was well worth it. The customer service here is amazing and they are extremely quick and helpful. I will definitely be back to get more suits. For the quality and the cost this place deserves more stars! Thank you Reem and Joseph! read more

I had a very quick and easy day here. He was very helpful. I was on a budget and he helped me find what I needed quick and easy!!! Nice materials and plenty of ties to Choose from! And he tailored it in the same 15 min I was there to save me a trip!!! Great experience. Two thumbs up. read more

This is the best place to purchase suits in Southern California. First class service and high quality suits at great prices. When scrolling through the page I noticed that there were over 500 positive reviews removed by Yelp for this location therefore the 4.5 stars doesn't do this place justice (this is a common practice used by Yelp to target small businesses who don't pay for advertising through their app). Come check out this store next time you need a suit, you will be impressed and thankful. read more

We got married June 11, and had picked another suit rental place a few months before the wedding. Long story short, the owners of that place had no idea what they were doing, and about two weeks before the wedding we ditched them to look for something else. We found Suit Exchange on Yelp, and I gave them a call. When I arrived at the store the next day, the owner recognized my voice and greeted me by name. He was extremely helpful and quickly showed us their suits available for rental. We made our selections, gave them the sizes for our 4 groomsmen, the ring bearer, and my wife's dad. He ensured us he would be able to get all the needed sizes from the warehouse in a few days, and sure enough, they came - and two days early! I should also mention that I needed a suit for my dad as well, but my dad wasn't able to come up to the shop with me until the week before the wedding, but the owner assured me he would take care of everything, and he did - we got the suits just in time for the wedding, and they came out perfect! It was a stress free, affordable experience. I highly recommend this store for any event you have. read more

Excellent service and a wide variety of suits, dress clothes, and accessories. Joseph was also very helpful and friendly. I came looking for two suits 5 minutes to closing and Joseph stayed an extra 30 minutes helping me pick out individual pieces and tailoring our garments. I left with two brand new suits, tailored and fitted, a tie, and a new pair of dress shoes. If you're in need for a quality, tailored suit at an affordable price, I would recommend Suit Exchange at Tyler. read more

I went to this store when looking for a suit for my midwinter dance. For some context I have a 28 in waist and 32 in length so I am not easy to shop for. Immediately they staff was able to find something that not only that fit me with very little change needed, but I also looked really good in. Then they were able to Taylor it to my size and get it to me before the end of the week. I was able to try everything on before and after. I was recommended suit Exchange by a client of mine. I was so happy and pleased with our experience at suit exchange. This place is amazing. Moses and Joseph are the most profesional business men we have ever encountered at a suit location. My fiancé got his suit for our wedding. They were both very attentive to all of our needs and suggested better options for his suit goal. We had gone to other places and have had horrible service, but not here. From the moment we enter the store every one was so friendly and helpful. My fiancé got his suit so quick even when it needed alterations. Thank you Moses and Joseph for all the help. We will be updating our review after the wedding and will be posting pictures of his suit. Thank you again for making this experience and visit at suit Exchange so delightful. This place deserves more than 5 starts! read more
