Walked into Macys was disappointed with their inventory and customer service. Happened to look on Yelp and saw Suit Exchange. Called and they happened to be right next to Macys. Walked in and Joseph greeted us and got to work right away. Measured me and pulled a few selections. We got married June 11, and had picked another suit rental place a few months before the wedding. Long story short, the owners of that place had no idea what they were doing, and about two weeks before the wedding we ditched them to look for something else. We found Suit Exchange on Yelp, and I gave them a call. When I arrived at the store the next day, the owner recognized my voice and greeted me by name. He was extremely helpful and quickly showed us their suits available for rental. We made our selections, gave them the sizes for our 4 groomsmen, the ring bearer, and my wife's dad. He ensured us he would be able to get all the needed sizes from the warehouse in a few days, and sure enough, they came - and two days early! I should also mention that I needed a suit for my dad as well, but my dad wasn't able to come up to the shop with me until the week before the wedding, but the owner assured me he would take care of everything, and he did - we got the suits just in time for the wedding, and they came out perfect! I don't think I could be happier with my suit. I'm very tall (6' 8) and it's very hard to get a suit that fits me well. I have very long arms and the sleeves are always short on me. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, and was asked what we needed (the store was packed with plenty of customers).
