I be a hypochondriac. I dread appointments these days and avoid them whenever possible. I was admittedly nervous about my first covid-19 era dentist visit. In working myself up about this appointment I was considering the "Cast Away" solution with the ice skate to avoid having someone stick their hands in my open mouth. This concern for my well being and peace of mind has led me to greatly, deeply and personally appreciate others efforts to make me feel safe when forced indoors with people I don't normally interact with. And this is where Dr Pham and Annie, the hygienist, truly shined. There were air filters running, health checks, double masks on faces, face shields, hand sanitizer, different entrances and exits, and so on. While I'm sure the most concerned might be able to find something I overlooked, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I felt more relaxed in their office than I have in any other semi-public space I have been in over these last 900 years. Or 9 months, whatever it's been. I'm truly grateful for their thoughtfulness. And of course their excellent dental care. I would (and have) drive 1200 miles for an appointment with Dr Pham and her great staff. Fast forward to two weeks later, the payment process was handled unprofessionally. Basically charged 1,300 for an unfinished root canal & fillings for two teeth, and still being told to pay another $1,500 for a finished root canal + crown. We were not told all our options before beginning this whole process. The place doesn't answer your calls, if you leave a message, they may or may not get back to you. If they call you back, they tell you they need you to come down to the office, but won't tell you why and just insist that the Doctor needs to speak to you. Very unprofessional. Please save yourself a peace of mind by avoiding this hole in the wall place. Unfortunately I saw plenty of RED FLAGS before my husband went in to start the whole root canal process, but my husband insisted on coming here because of his past experiences.
