I have only good things to say about Dr. Joy Lin and her staff at Mesa Dental. I am a VERY challenging dental patient. I have a history of TMJ and painfully sensitive teeth, along with a variety of other dental issues. Dr. Lin has been incredibly patient, taking time to explain, allowing me to make the best decisions in my dental care. She is also very gentle. Mesa Dental Is the best dental team ever! Dr. Joy Lin is trained on gentle and pain free care. I swear that this is true! She is also highly skilled in her dentistry work with all the newest equipment and dental procedures. She made my crown right there in the office and I was able to walk out with it the same day! I have been a patient at Mesa Dental for years, but for various reasons, I hadn't been keeping up with care since Dr. Dukes retired. Finally got dental insurance and went in today. My hygienist, Crystal, was terrific...pleasant, gentle, and professional. I also was very impressed with Dr. Lin, who explained what the x-rays indicated and her assessment of the situation. Add to that the great Animal Planet type videos in the ceiling panel, and I'm really happy to be continuing with Mesa Dental. It's a bit of a drive since I no longer live on the Mesa, but it's worth it to get great care. read more

Do you like the dentist? I didn't before I found Mesa Dental. After my first visit I decided I LOVE the dentist and it's all because of Mesa Dental. Let me explain why; from the moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed and valued by everyone I talked to. With large smiles I was greeted, swiftly checked in and asked politely to wait for my turn. Waiting is easy when the office is clean and the employees are kind. I have never waited more then a few minutes before I was seen, which is also a bonus. One of the only doctors appointments where I can say they are never late! My teeth are taken care of by one of the most fun, clear spoken, gentle and efficient dental hygienists named Secilia Spellman. She always sees myself and my wife back to back and makes great conversation all while taking care of our teeth. I can tell that the staff is taken care of and treated with respect all across the board and that's something important to help with a great work environment. Dr. Duke is also extremely kind, quick to answer questions and give a second look if needed. He is always on time and is smart enough to answer the questions I wasn't smart enough to think about. Just have to say, I am petrified of dentists, but finally chose Dr Dukes after much research. He is outstanding and gets everything done that is needed.
