We called on a Saturday and caught them at the end of their day with a dental emergency of a broken crown. They had us come straight over and were able to help with a temporary and towards getting us a new crown. They were courteous, quick to help and the quality of care was outstanding. Dr. Ranjan literally saved my life! He took my blood pressure before he began to work on me. When he saw what it was, he sent me immediately to the E.R. where I was immediaely admitted and had a pace maker installed the next mornng. If he had not done this, I would be dead. Never again, I went in and got a X- Ray and started fixing my teeth that needed attention when they suddenly decided to stop accepting my insurance and told me that I would have to pay cash to continue the work up plan. 5 weeks ago I called and tried to set up an appointment, I was told that someone would call me right back. 2 weeks went by and no one did. So I called and spoke to someone else who told me that someone would call me right back, no one did. Few days back I called and tried to get an appointment set up, they said somebody would call, nobody did. If their receptionists are so inept that they can't even return a phone call for a new patient, then there's no way I would trust one to these dentists with sharp tools inside my mouth. i had a dental emergency causing me a lot of pain. I went in for what was supposed to be only a consultation but when the Dr saw how much pain I was in, he went ahead and did a procedure to relieve it immediately until the infection was gone and we could do the root canal. I've been back multiple times for the process and each time was smooth. I get very anxious at the dentist and they make sure you're okay every step of the way. Very happy I found them! read more
