I have nothing but good things to say about this business. All of the girls are so sweet, and always in a great mood. I am always greeted with a smile and genuine "hello" which doesn't happen everywhere. What a great staff! Dr Swenson is such a refreshing addition to the team! He is always cracking jokes, and like the girls, always in a great mood. He makes you feel comfortable and important like you're not just another person taking up a seat. I just got my braces off after having them for a little under 2 years. Any time I needed an appointment change or had any questions they were all there to help. Dr. Swenson is one of the nicest people I have ever met so it pains me to write this review. I do not want other families to go through what we have been through at this office. My son finally got his braces off. Three years after getting them on and a whole year delayed. There were numerous problems and mistakes made. Some by my son for not following protocol 100% but mostly the assistants putting brackets on incorrectly, wires not being cut short enough cutting into his cheek, and going months before the next visit before figuring out that bands were not in the right place. Not to mention that when my son had emergencies it was a challenge to get an appointment. Maybe they double or triple book in order to close the office on Fridays. Sometimes waiting over a week before they could get him in. My son was so happy to get his braces off only to be greatly disappointed with the work. His teeth are straight. However, now he has a noticeable flare in his upper teeth which he did not have before. I was unhappy with the service of mainly the orthodontic assistants and inability to get appointments easily from the get go and had tried to switch him to another orthodontist early on in the treatment but was unable to do so. The new orthodontist did not want to do any work on someone who already started treatment Needless to say, I did not send my second child to this office. She instead went to Dr. Thatcher almost 2 years after my son started his treatment. She finished her orthodontic treatment before my son, granted, her case was much easier, with fantastic results constantly receiving compliments from everyone on her beautiful teeth. We plan to consult with Dr. Thatcher to see if she can correct my son's flared upper teeth. It's disappointing to have to now spend money and time on two orthodontic treatment rounds. read more

The only good thing about having to wear masks during the early days of covid is that it made my decision to finally pursue invisalign that much easier. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Swenson and couldn't be happier with my results. All three of my daughters are now patients as well, and the fact that no one complains when it's time for an appointment speaks volumes. My daughters all agree that Dr. Swenson is "nice and funny", and the staff is great as well. I actually look forward to my daughters' appointments because I enjoy seeing everyone again - such a friendly office! Every time we've had an issue come up (i.e. the dog got a retainer AGAIN) I've been able to call and get my daughter in right away. Highly recommend Dr. Swenson and his team! read more

For the past several years my girls have been treated with utmost respect and top notch treatment. Anytime we had an emergency we were seen right away. The entire office staff is polite and accommodating. I would often observe Dr Swenson's manner as he interacted with other patients as well. He obviously cares very much about each of them. Like many of us who wore braces in junior high, I subsequently lost my retainers in college, and my teeth severely shifted. I knew I wanted to straighten them, but did not want to wear braces, again, given that I am a lawyer and that was not a look I was going for. I decided upon Invisalign, and could not be more thrilled with the results! Every orthodontist and staff member here is wonderful! The office is beautiful, convenient, state of the art, and you every time you walk in the doors you are treated like family. I worked with both Drs. Trigonis and Swenson, and they are absolutely incredible. Dr. Trigonis is very skilled, and works hard to make his patients happy. He and Dr. Swenson will go above and beyond to help patients achieve the best results. In terms of results, Dr. Swenson is an absolute perfectionist; he worked hard to ensure I was happy with the results. If I ever felt some stress surrounding the process, specifically in reshaping my teeth, he always set me ease. He's probably the nicest person on the planet, and he is incredibly skilled, patient, detailed, and genuinely dedicated to his patients. This is about Dr. Adam Swensen who I believe has recently joined the practice of Edstrom and Trigonis Orthodontics. I am an adult who wore braces for many years as a youth. However, my teeth shifted as I got older. I first saw Dr. Swensen in November of 2103 to start my orthodontic program which was the Invisalign Program, in his office in Queesnbury, NY. I found him very personable and very knowledgeable about his profession. He will be a great asset to the Dr. Edstrom and Dr. Trigonis's practice. Their appointments take forever, upwards of an hour for braces tightening. So ridiculous. Had one child go here and one child go to another ortho down the street, WORLD of difference. I would've switched but I already paid in full. I won't be recommending these guys to anyone. read more

Great experience, and for three years now! Dr. T came highly recommended by our friends and our dentists. My husband and I checked out a few orthodontists for our children and everyone in the family chose him. He was extremely kind, caring, and professional. His staff is great and also made us feel really comfortable. One of my girls had REALLY crooked teeth and her bite was way off. She now has a beautiful smile and perfect bite! do not go here. dr.trigonis was very mean and offensive. he was very rude to my kids, and to me. he tried to tell me that i was raising my kids wrong and suggested a seminar. he is very unprofessional and rude. do not go here. not only is the customer service terrible but they are horrible at their job. my oldest daughter had braces for 7 years due to their mistakes and recorrecting. every appointment takes at least an hour and you barely even get seen. i have switched my kids to white and grube and we are nothing but happy there. i would very much recommend white and grube. extremely nice and good at their jobs! read more

They have the most competitive and affordable prices for Invisalign or braces. I visited 6 other orthodontists in the area and chose Dr. Swenson. So far my Invisalign treatment has been easy to understand, and everyone in the office is very nice. I do wish I got to spend more time with Swenson, the dr I had originally agreed to do treatment with- but his colleague Trigonis has also been great to work with. I went through orthodontic treatment with Drs. Edstrom and Trigonis and only have positive things to say about my experience. Each appointment was on time with the necessary amount of time scheduled. As you can imagine, getting braces is not the most comfortable experience but the doctors and staff made me feel comfortable every step of the way. When you walk in the office, you are warmly greeted by their lovely receptionists that instantly make you feel at home and comfortable. Dr. Trigonis was rude and unprofessional to two different teenage girls in his care. He yelled at them for not wearing their rubber bands instead of asking them why they weren't, and seeing if he could help. He scared the girls. One cried! The other was shaking! Two different visits. He yelled and told them angrily that they were " wasting his time!" In a loud voice. I could hear it. So could everybody else.HIPPA VIOLATION! He has issues! Go somewhere else! He would not dare speak to me that way, but young Latina girls, he felt like he could get away with it. Jerk. read more

I hesitated to have the invisalign braces, because I'm considerably older than the teenagers you see in the Orthodontist's Office. However, I had an issue that needed to be addressed, and in just a little over a year, my teeth were corrected and look wonderful. Drs. Big thanks to the orthodontist office of Drs. Edstrom & Trigonis. When I first got braces, I went to another orthodontist. The end result was not satisfactory. I was told there was nothing eles that they could do. It was hard to hear, but I wanted to see if maybe another orthodontist could help me. Luckily, Edstrom reviewed my case and was able to help me. Throughout my treatment the service and their expertise was great. At the end of my treatment I was so happy that he could fix my smile. I am so thankful and my smile looks great. He did a great job.
