I'll admit, I was a little skeptical going in--I assumed they'd recommend pulling the tooth like others had suggested. But instead, he recommended Invisalign. It honestly sounded too good to be true, but I decided to go for it. Now, I have a straight smile--no shark tooth--and while I thought I was happy with my smile before, I had no idea how much better it could be. My teeth are straighter than I ever imagined, and I truly couldn't be happier with the results. What really stood out, though, was the entire experience. Dr. Ferris has clearly created something special with his team. From the moment you walk in, the energy is different--welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely positive. Every single person I interacted with was not only professional, but truly kind and engaging. You never feel rushed, you feel taken care of. The level of customer service is exceptional. They remember you, they communicate clearly, they make the process easy, and somehow turn what you'd normally expect to be a purely clinical, in-and-out appointment into something genuinely enjoyable. It's organized, efficient, and still feels warm and personal--which is a rare combination. The office itself is beautiful--clean, modern, almost spa-like--but it's really the people that make it stand out. There's a sense that everyone enjoys being there, and it shows in how they treat their patients. I truly can't recommend Dr. Ferris and his incredible team enough. Age 80, I have all my teeth, but lower 4 in front are becoming loose. Dentists had installed…read moresplints, a synthetic band, to tie them to the sound canines on either side, which proved effective, but with more bone loss over time, less so. I thought I'd give Orthodontists a try for a more permanent solution and found Wright and Feusier online. On my first visit I hit it off with Dr. Wright immediately. He examined my teeth and thought he could provide a brace, or wire, that would be custom made to go behind my 6 lower front teeth to tie them together. One of his technicians, that day, scanned my teeth so they could send an exact representation of my teeth to another business that could make the brace. To think such miracles are possible! They scheduled another visit a week later to install the device, which was accomplished by a technician in about a half hour. It was quite a process that seemed to go well and was given final inspection by Dr. Wright. I was advised too, that because I had so much bone loss, even with the device, I shouldn't bite into anything harder than a peanut butter sandwich. Well, just some few days later, I bit into roast beef sandwich, and I heard and felt a disconnection, and the loosest tooth came partially detached from the wire. I was a little discouraged but made an appointment to see what could be done, if anything. On this, the third visit, I saw Dr. Wright, who set me up with Edgar, another technician, who capably made repairs to the detached tooth, as well as smoothing a minor burr on one of my teeth. When he was done, Dr. John Feusier, reviewed his work with a pick to check for soundness and found a spot needing more attention, which Edgar, again ably addressed. Dr. Feusier took another probing look and approved the job, which thus far has proven very satisfactory. Dr. Feusier also recommended a Periodontist to see if there's something he can do about the loose teeth and bone loss. I mentioned all their favorable reviews and that they, unlike other dentists I've encountered, don't solicit customers to write reviews. He said they appreciate them, but don't solicit them, which I appreciate, as solicitations will skew the results towards, perhaps, undue favorability. I was charged $500 for all this work, which seemed like a bargain to me. There was no charge at all for the repair. This is a most ethical enterprise with highly qualified and friendly professionals on their staff. I couldn't be more impressed.

Dr. Grube was absolutely outstanding--kind, patient, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to carefully examine the retainer, explain what was going on, and confirm that everything was okay. He never rushed us and made sure my daughter felt comfortable the entire time. He also thoughtfully discussed longer-term options and gave a helpful recommendation for a permanent retainer, which we truly appreciated. What makes this even more remarkable is that this was the second time this office has helped us while we were on vacation. That level of generosity, professionalism, and genuine care speaks volumes about the practice and the people who work there. From the welcoming staff to Dr. Grube's calm and compassionate approach, this office exemplifies what great healthcare should be. We came into the appointment 20 minutes early and they immediately took my son in the back. They were so caring and thoroughly explained what they were going to do to provide an immediate fix. I immediately felt so comfortable and calm in the office. I wish we were closer and could go to them full time. The office was the cutest and so clean and staff was so friendly. My son noticed we were back to our hotel before our "appointment time started." My son finally got his braces off. Three years after getting them on and a whole year delayed. There were numerous problems and mistakes made. Some by my son for not following protocol 100% but mostly the assistants putting brackets on incorrectly, wires not being cut short enough cutting into his cheek, and going months before the next visit before figuring out that bands were not in the right place. Not to mention that when my son had emergencies it was a challenge to get an appointment. Maybe they double or triple book in order to close the office on Fridays. Sometimes waiting over a week before they could get him in. My son was so happy to get his braces off only to be greatly disappointed with the work. His teeth are straight. However, now he has a noticeable flare in his upper teeth which he did not have before. I was unhappy with the service of mainly the orthodontic assistants and inability to get appointments easily from the get go and had tried to switch him to another orthodontist early on in the treatment but was unable to do so. The new orthodontist did not want to do any work on someone who already started treatment Needless to say, I did not send my second child to this office. She instead went to Dr. Thatcher almost 2 years after my son started his treatment. She finished her orthodontic treatment before my son, granted, her case was much easier, with fantastic results constantly receiving compliments from everyone on her beautiful teeth. We plan to consult with Dr. Thatcher to see if she can correct my son's flared upper teeth. It's disappointing to have to now spend money and time on two orthodontic treatment rounds.
