I feel it's important to share mine. I waited over an hour past my appointment time before being seen, and unfortunately things only went downhill from there. Months after my visit, I received a surprise notice saying I owed a lot of money, with no itemized bill attached. I then spent months going back and forth between my insurance and the office. My insurance was incredibly helpful and patient, and they told me the office did not file the claim accurately, which created ongoing issues. The office staff, on the other hand, felt scattered and disorganized every time I called. They also billed me for several X‑rays, including a panoramic one they couldn't provide proof of ever taking. Because the information I was getting from the office kept changing, I ended up keeping pages of notes with time stamps just to track everything. I simply didn't trust Riviera Smiles to keep accurate records. After reading other reviews, it seems like my experience wasn't an isolated one. After a visit to *another* local ortho office, I didn't think I could afford braces at. all. But while in an awesome "make positive changes" phase of life, I happen to find that Costco offers discounts through Delta Dental. AND Delta Dental covers adult orthodontic care. AND Wright & Feusier strive to care for their community, so they accept Delta Dental. I called to confirm and got a free consultation appointment for the next week. After talking with Deb and Dr. Feusier, I learned about what their goals were (straighter teeth, fix narrowing and crowding, etc), limitations (need metal braces on bottom because of natural overbite, could not remedy overbite entirely because I'm naturally missing an incisor), and the cost associated. They said i could take the cost details home and talk it over with my partner (2600 + 500 for retainers) and projected one month for a visit if I wish to get started. Well, the projected cost was ONE FOURTH that suggested by another local place AND they happen to have a cancellation two days later, so I decided to go for it!! 16 months of braces was freaking awesome through them. I felt communicated with, knew what was asked of me to get the best smile possible, and I absolutely adore the staff of this office. I would GLADLY encourage any child, teenager, adult, or senior to work with Wright & Feusier!!!! Dr. Grube was absolutely outstanding--kind, patient, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to carefully examine the retainer, explain what was going on, and confirm that everything was okay. He never rushed us and made sure my daughter felt comfortable the entire time. We came into the appointment 20 minutes early and they immediately took my son in the back. They were so caring and thoroughly explained what they were going to do to provide an immediate fix. I immediately felt so comfortable and calm in the office. I wish we were closer and could go to them full time. The office was the cutest and so clean and staff was so friendly. My son noticed we were back to our hotel before our "appointment time started." Others had liability issues even after offering to sign a waiver for liability. When I called in the receptionist was attentive, concerned and booked me in within the next 5 minutes, I was just down the street. Upon arrival the office was in great condition, clean and all of its staff was happy to help. There was no cost and most importantly my band was back on, within less than 10 minutes I was out of there. My son finally got his braces off. Three years after getting them on and a whole year delayed. There were numerous problems and mistakes made. Some by my son for not following protocol 100% but mostly the assistants putting brackets on incorrectly, wires not being cut short enough cutting into his cheek, and going months before the next visit before figuring out that bands were not in the right place. Not to mention that when my son had emergencies it was a challenge to get an appointment. Maybe they double or triple book in order to close the office on Fridays. Sometimes waiting over a week before they could get him in. My son was so happy to get his braces off only to be greatly disappointed with the work. His teeth are straight. However, now he has a noticeable flare in his upper teeth which he did not have before. I was unhappy with the service of mainly the orthodontic assistants and inability to get appointments easily from the get go and had tried to switch him to another orthodontist early on in the treatment but was unable to do so. The new orthodontist did not want to do any work on someone who already started treatment Needless to say, I did not send my second child to this office. She instead went to Dr. Thatcher almost 2 years after my son started his treatment. She finished her orthodontic treatment before my son, granted, her case was much easier, with fantastic results constantly receiving compliments from everyone on her beautiful teeth. We plan to consult with Dr. Thatcher to see if she can correct my son's flared upper teeth. It's disappointing to have to now spend money and time on two orthodontic treatment rounds.

While I am certain it was a very odd request, we asked to purchase a bag of rubber bands from them! They were so helpful in figuring out which specific bands I needed and told us to come on by whenever! We went immediately there and the ladies at the front desk immediately knew who I was and had 2 bags of rubber bands waiting! When I pulled out my wallet they told me not to worry about it and enjoy my trip! How amazing are they! They seriously saved my vacation! I am looking at only another month in braces, who knows if it would have been longer if I wasn't able to wear bands this week!
