I expressed I had a bad experience before with soft wax and preferred hard wax. She said she uses both and proceeded to start with soft. I asked when she'd use the hard. She said it depended on the area so I asked if she'd be using it on me. At which point she abruptly stopped, and said we wouldn't continue if I was going to question her technique. I left with the job half done. As if that wasn't bad enough she verbally attacked me on my way out for shaking my head. When I yelled back she threatened to call the cops. I am still in shock at how quickly the entire situation escalated. I strongly recommend you wait for the European wax studio to have an opening and not risk it here.

The pedicure was long, which I loved, and that included WINE, a lonngggggg leg massage (yay! no rushing here!), and they dip your feet in wax to make 'em nice and smooth. I had never had wax with a pedicure so I was really confused but it was nice that it was standard. Plus, my feet felt like a baby's bottom after so I'm not complaining.
