Ok cool. They never even asked me what kind of pedi I wanted , or how much it would be. Whatever. As I'm getting ready to check out , my nail tech had charged me $40 for a fill in that I did not get , and a $70 pedicure. I immediately brought this to her attention, because WTF am I paying you $110 dollars for? She "claimed" it was a system error and changed it back to $70 before I slide my credit card in to pay. Lady , do you think I'm dumb? Like I don't know how to read? As I'm checking my bank account the next day , this lady had STILL charged my credit card for $116 ON TOP OF THE $70 for the pedicure. I absolutely will be reporting this business to the better business bureau, as well as disputing this fraudulent charge to my credit card. Horrible business practices. I will never return to this establishment. Horrible customer service.

However, when I showed up for my rescheduled appt the stylist told me we have to talk and that I shouldn't have been allowed to reschedule due to their cancelation policy. She made me feel like it was my fault talking down to me. It was the worst experience when you are supposed to be treated with respect as the customer and getting my hair done was supposed to be a relaxing experience especially if you are paying for it. I ended up paying more than usual for less foils and a shotty job and felt uncomfortable the whole time. I will never go back!
