I have been sugaring for almost a year now, although any form of hair removal is never completely painless - I will say that I am always amazed and love the feel after the removal from sugaring. I'm a regular client of another place with a very similar name. Thought I'd try this place because its $10 cheaper and much closer to where I live. I give the entire experience 3 stars since I have a great place, albeit more expensive, so compare to. Suffice it to say I'll be returning to my other place. I will say that I wrote a note to them sharing my experience and they were super nice and offered to do a complimentary " clean up" of missed areas. That was super nice and generous. So customer relations, via email, is wonderful. I was already online reading reviews and was scared out of my mind. First walking in Julie was sitting at the front desk and I assumed she was just the receptionist, she immediately made me feel comfortable she's SO DOWN TO EARTH. We were cracking jokes exchanging stores it was really like talking to my best friend over drinks. So I finally got around to asking her about who would be sugaring me, and she told me it was HER! GREAT I felt a little better NOW on the sugaring . . . Julie was honest that 1 its going to hurt more because it's my first time and two I'm on my cycle. She explained everything and even showed me how the sugar was made and where it's kept. She was very professional and quick ! It hurt a lot less than I expected And I think it's her technique of doing things, I won't lie though it did hurt lol just a level 7 instead of a ten hurt. Anyways I'm off on baecation now and everything looks beautiful ! Even if it was level ten pain I would go back because I'm obsessed with the look and after feel of the sugaring. Great conversation, less pain (perhaps because she pushed down after each pull or because we were talking), overall a great woman! The experience with her was 5 star quality and the only reason I am leaving the review at 4 stars is because the hostess staff was still unwelcoming. This place is classy, (but without the snobbery) and knows how to give top notch customer service. I scheduled an airbrush spray tan and it turned out perfect. My technician was Alison, who was very friendly and the experience so simple. I was in and out in twenty minutes, but didn't feel like they were rushing me out. It's been almost a week and my spray tan still looks pretty good. They even give you a little card with after care instructions in case you forget anything they tell you.
