I've had two absolutely horrible experiences here and unfortunately with the same girl. The first time I gave them a second chance. This second time I was in so much pain I was crying I actually had to stop and leave with my Brazilian not complete once again I broke out in a rash. When I made The appointment I specifically asked not to see the same woman it had been months and I didn't actually recognize her right away but they gave her to me. It was horrible. I left early called the manager and all they were able to do was cancel my membership early no refund nothing if I were you I would not go to this horrible establishment ever again I do not recommend it at all yes I had a couple good experiences but their customer service absolutely is deplorable. read more

Overall, I thought the process was quicker than other places I've been to. But the actual waxing is bit of a slower "peel". I have a higher pain tolerance than normal so I was pretty OK! Incredible. Sugaring is so much better than waxing. These women are such professionals and do an amazing job. If you get a Brazilian, they don't charge you to have a landing strip or similar design. Also, your hair removal lasts significantly longer than waxing and definitely more than shaving. Highly recommend! read more

I was crazy disappointed and so upset with myself for trying a new place (I'm sorry, Heather!), especially right before going on vacation. After rinsing off, my tan was still orange in a lot of places and already coming off. After contacting the manager, they were really sweet about it and comped 2 tans to make it up to me. The first one came out nicely, but isn't lasting as long as other one's I've gotten. read more

I got a free tan coupon from my roommate so I decided to check it out and I'm glad I did!!! Two very perky girls were working and informed me it was their grand opening week so they offered me a glass of chanpagne and asked how they could help. I told them I had a coupon and they gave me advice on the type of tan I should get. Parking was easy in the lot across the street and it was free due to the holidays. They were still under a bit of construction but the place was clean and the girls were very professional. I was happy to hear that the product is all natural and I was very pleased with how I looked. This place is the BEST! I've been to tons of airbrush tanning places around So Cal and the US (I might be a little addicted...) and Bronzed is by far my favorite place to go. I'm a firm believer of making the drive for all things skin and hair related and to get this sweet glow I drove out to the first born location which began in a home setting...a few short weeks later the Montana shop opened and I still made the drive from the South Bay. Now not am I only beaming at the growth and success of this business, but I can trot down the street to the Manhappenin Beach salon conveniently! I loved this place! The manager, Gina, is amazing and did a wonderful job. The establishment is clean, everyone who works there is very kind and makes you feel very comfortable. I've tried a couple other places throughout the years before I discovered this place. I was hesitant since the other places I've tried have left me disappointed. I would come out looking streaked, very orange, and resembling an Oompa Loompa. I was very pleased with my tan. I have a beautiful glow, a natural looking bronzed tan that's not orange at all, and the best part is it's lasted a pretty long time and hasn't faded very fast like most other places. I had a great experience at BRONZED and I will definitely be back. I made an online appointment and they took me in on-time. The front desk staff was friendly, and the staff helped me decide which level of color to go for. The salon is very clean and has a warm and relaxing ambiance. My tan was great, and it lasted about a week. The salon sent a text the next morning to follow up and make sure my tan turned out well, which I think was great customer service. The price is really reasonable for the friendly service, beautiful facility and great tan. You buy your first tan and your second tan is free (just can't book a week before holidays or Stagecoach or Coachella). I'm looking forward to coming back for my free tan! The most frustrating part of my experience was the parking. You can park in the parking structure across the street, or find metered parking. Make sure to bring quarters! read more

I'm a regular client of another place with a very similar name. Thought I'd try this place because its $10 cheaper and much closer to where I live. I give the entire experience 3 stars since I have a great place, albeit more expensive, so compare to. Suffice it to say I'll be returning to my other place. I will say that I wrote a note to them sharing my experience and they were super nice and offered to do a complimentary " clean up" of missed areas. That was super nice and generous. So customer relations, via email, is wonderful. Went here for my first spray tan ever and I'm happy to say that I had a great experience! The technician made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything to me beforehand. I got the regular custom tan, which looked nice but I felt a little gross not being able to shower right away. I'm definitely going to try the express one next time. Only downside is parking but the tan is fast so you don't have to break the bank parking at a meter. read more

I wanted a airbrush tan for my birthday and my friend told me Bronzed had an express tan option where you could shower just 2-4 hours after. This was perfect since we were going out for dinner & drinks that night! We were able to easily book an appointment online and had a great experience. I was tan by happy hour and my tan lasted about a week and didn't fade with awkward blotchy spots like I've experienced in the past. I went back for a regular airbrush about a month later and had another great experience and my tan looked great. The only downside about this MB location is the parking. I went after work and since they don't have a designated lot or spaces, you have to fight for a spot along as is the norm at that time of day, so plan accordingly! read more

I am VERY impressed with Bronzed. It is such a clean, organized spot, and the actual tanning product they use is amazing. Believe me! I spray tan pretty regularly in the spring and summer. What I like most about their product is the way it fades. If you keep your skin moisturized (and I do), the tan fades nicely and without that yucky sloughing off that other air brush tans give. My tan literally lasted 9 days. I also love how they customize your tan to what you are looking for and the color best suited for your skin tone. The post-tan phone call along with the ease of booking on line or on the phone makes Bronzed well worth the money in terms of value.
