I told her I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy but that I don't like very sweet anything. She had me try a piece of milk chocolate with caramel. The chocolate sample was amazing, smooth, decadent, sinfully rich without the use of excessive sugar. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. What we bought; 1) I purchased a dark chocolate bar without liqueur - after that tester she gave me, I couldn't resist and I don't regret spending the money on it either. Wow. Again, you can really tell the quality in the ingredients used to make their products.
