I saw a post on facebook and decided to come here at very first time but totally satisfied with my new hair. I haven't recognized that my real hair looks pretty like that without any treatment just only haircut. The lady was very professional too. The way she pulled my hair to in front made me a little bit nervous but then it came out amazing. Now I just need to blow my hair by the dryer and i will keep this hairstyle forever. Totally recommend and i will come back to redo it

Kudos to the staff and training manager. I came with a purpose as the item I put in my online shopping cart the night before was removed (sold out) in the morning. So I decided to check the store. I was lucky new stock came in as it was also sold out in the store once launched. The staff mostly left me to browse but they were always around if I needed help or have questions. I liked that they were attentive from afar. This was the same even when the store was crowded. The scents were wonderful and the products too. On my recent visit, I bought the aroma light, oil, and acupressure mat. I like them especially the acupressure mat and lamp that I am contemplating getting more as gifts. Note: The staff did tell me the lamp gets very hot and to be careful when handling it after used. It also does not auto turn off and to be aware when using it to burn the essential oil. Basically like the traditional way of burning oil using tea light candle but with halogen bulb. This was the good thing about coming into the store and having a staff member explain the product. I would never have known if I got it online. Based on previous experience that would mean the water dish would become sticky and grotty over time from burning essential oil. So I just use it as a lamp and use my diffuser for the oil.

I never got a confirmation or calendar invite or a call before my appointment. So I called them the same day to apologize and asked if they can book another one, and they were all good. They called me the next day to ask me for my credit card. I thought that it's for my next day appointment so that I am obliged to go (which I thought it's fine, so I gave..and before I hangup I confirmed that it's for my next day appointment). When I went for the appointment the next day, everything was going well so far and I paid. When I asked for a breakup for the charge, they charged me the amount for the previous appointment too. I was taken aback by this and on top of it, they said they told my husband over the call about it while booking the new one. I didn't react and left after paying. When I returned, my husband had no clue about it and he said that he even called them twice for another appointment. They didn't mention anything of that sort. We both were really angry what happened. They never said about the payment to me or to my husband. They didn't even mention it when I booked the second time. Neither they mention it during the first time, I may not have missed it. I feel I shouldn't have called to apologize here in the first place. Review for the style : I asked to style my hair as a bun. It turns out the salon didn't have any Bobby pins of any sort. This was ridiculous. On top of that, the hairstylist didn't even curl my hair properly. My hairs are thin and they looked thinner after the styling. I don't expect this from a hairstylist whom I paid heavily. I wont go to this place ever. This is definitely not the service for the price I paid (220cad).
