I went for my follow-up and was told by the technician that the treatment had to be done again. I did not want to go through that again and asked for a partial refund. I had already written a negative review on Google and was told I had to remove my negative review on Google and sign a document stating I would not write any more negative reviews and then they would refund me only 10% of my money. If you are considering this clinic I would recommend that you carefully read all documents they ask you to sign, confirm what they mean by "guaranteed" results and also inspect the cleanliness of the clinic. Also, be aware that there was no receptionist any time I went there, just one person who was the technician. Client's files were kept in the open on the front counter so when the technician was doing a treatment anyone could access them. Agreed to do both legs knees down for $6000.00 My first treatment was painful but healed OK. I had many bruise like spots. She told me they will go away. Second treatment Damy told me half way thru treatment to stand on the bed as she couldn't see well, after starting this treatment I thought I better stand I didn't want any mishaps. I am wearing blackout goggles and nothing to hold onto. November 13, 2021 I went for my 3rd appointment and she told me I'm finished, she isn't doing any more treatment as 70% is done? I was understanding that I would have a number of appointments to treat the spider-veins and certainly 70% is not done. Damy then said I'll do a treatment today. Clearly she saw I was disappointed after agreeing to do both legs knees down for a lot of money. I lay on the bed and she started, then told me I have to stand up so she can see. I paid a lot of money to have this done properly, I was scared to not get it completed properly, I stood up on the mobile bed yet again. It was hurting so bad I told her I've had enough I was dizzy and nothing to hold onto. Blindfolded with goggles for the laser. When I sat down on the bed she started saying she had done a good job and wanted me to do a Google review. Damy even got my purse off the hook, my phone was in, and told me she would show me how. I didn't want to write it at that moment as I'm in a lot of PAIN. She used wet cold towels on my legs. I wrote a nice review to stop her from asking. We then went to the front and she is telling me that I have BLISTERS and I will have to be careful in the next few days. I said the last two times I was ok healing. WRONG! I went home to 6 BIG BLISTERS from the laser BURNING thru my skin in 6 areas. I have consulted my DR. three times and have been put on antibiotics and antibiotic cream. I've been consulted about wound care. These laser burns are deep and not healing. Today January 12, 2022 and they are still open Blister Scabs. Not Healing Yet!!! Kudos to the staff and training manager. I came with a purpose as the item I put in my online shopping cart the night before was removed (sold out) in the morning. So I decided to check the store. I was lucky new stock came in as it was also sold out in the store once launched. The staff mostly left me to browse but they were always around if I needed help or have questions. I liked that they were attentive from afar. This was the same even when the store was crowded. The scents were wonderful and the products too. On my recent visit, I bought the aroma light, oil, and acupressure mat. I like them especially the acupressure mat and lamp that I am contemplating getting more as gifts. Note: The staff did tell me the lamp gets very hot and to be careful when handling it after used. It also does not auto turn off and to be aware when using it to burn the essential oil. Basically like the traditional way of burning oil using tea light candle but with halogen bulb. This was the good thing about coming into the store and having a staff member explain the product. I would never have known if I got it online. Based on previous experience that would mean the water dish would become sticky and grotty over time from burning essential oil. So I just use it as a lamp and use my diffuser for the oil.

Worst facial or spa treatment ever. A huge disappointment :-(…read more I purchased a 75 minute "customized" Spa Facial for Spa Willoughby at a Fund Raising event. The value of the facial was stated to be $169, so I was expecting amazing things for that high value. This is a one woman salon in the owner's home in a townhome complex. There is unfortunately only one visitor parking spot in the area, and that was taken when I arrived so I had to wait until the previous guest was finished with their treatment. My appointment was for 10 am, but the treatment didn't begin until 10:10. The owner let me know that she was double (actually triple) booked so during my treatment she would be doing a chemical peel on another client, and another service on another client. Twice, she left me laying on the spa table waiting for 20 minutes each time. For my 75 minute facial, the owner spent only 25 minutes on me! So, $169 for 25 minutes of facial, and 50 minutes of lying and WAITing to be treated. All I got was a light chemical peel applied in the 1st 10 minutes, then a cream massaged into my face in my 2nd 15 minutes with a light shoulder massage. -The so-called "skin consultation" was simply her saying "your skin looks dehydrated". That was all. -The phone was ringing constantly while I was there, and the owner actually left my treatment to go answer calls several times. A few of the calls were from other customers frantic that there was nowhere for them to park! -The sheets and towels in my treatment room were stained. -During the times that she was massaging cream onto my face, the owner kept giving me a sales pitch on the line of skin care products that she sells and/or skin care treatments "that make you look so much younger". I did not ask about products or come to be pressured into buying product, I came for a facial service. -I fully expected her to continue on past the 75 minute mark, due to being left alone for 50 minutes, but at precisely 11:15 she came into the treatment room, indicating she was done, and asked how I had liked my facial! Let's just say I will never be back!

Not a big deal, but if you are expecting complete privacy/quiet, you should not expect it. For myself, it didn't matter, and I still found myself feeling deeply relaxed. I thought the service was pretty good. They spend probably 15 minutes going over your treatment plan and explaining their process and products. Yes, you still get a full hour of treatment time. I found the angle of the reclining chair a bit uncomfortable on my neck at first, but the head scrub was soooooo relaxing, it didn't matter much lol. They were running their Boxing Day sale, so the treatment came to $225 including taxes, but regular price would have been $300 incl taxes. While my scalp felt fantastic and my hair felt squeaky clean, I am not sure that it is worth $225- $300 plus tip, unless you had money to burn. But if you do have money to burn, or want to give yourself or someone an extravagant treat, then go for it. I think that if I did this treatment regularly, my hair might improve from the increased circulation, but I am not entirely convinced that it is their specific products and techniques vs someone rubbing your head with any kind of lotions/serums/oils and washing it lovingly for an hour, lol. One final note: absolutely DO NOT book this before going out for an event, as you leave with hair that has zero product in it, and will be blown dry as if your dad did it for you. As in, efficiently, but with zero attention to styling. So book this when you are planning on going home and flopping on the couch, lol.

But they didn't tell me The BREAKABLE covers aren't included in the guarantee. If I knew that- I would not have bought the most expensive Breakable ceramic diffuser! WHAT? Sean sneered at us when I said: You need to hear us out- perhaps your extra staff at Christmas said the wrong things to us?. Sean snapped back with a laugh: We don't have Christmas Staff' Do you want to be demeaned? I don't. Being sneered and laughed at makes for unsettled people. But they weren't specific when I bought: Hey- you dumb, dumb customer- there is The diffuser and there is The cover. TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. SAGE HAS A NASTY, HIDDEN POLICY that allows Staff to abuse customers. I have never been so degraded in my life. Your hidden policy of replacing broken diffusers are not clear and sales team lies and is not transparent. Hey, these covers are breakable and that's why I asked them to explain guarantee. Sean and his sales boy just both attacked us like two very angry and entitled people. Like a cat fight...how stupid!. No wonder this world has issues. It starts in the community- street level. I despise you on Robson and I will never go back to any Sage store...even though i have periodically shopped for more than 20 years. And I will make my experience known. I spent $400 on that one sale and you treat my husband and I like filthy garbage. They caused me a lot of emotional streaa. When I ask if a breakable item is under guarantee and I am told Yes, I expect that to be true.People: don't shop here!
