STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!…read more 1 star too many! Natasha AGED my face 10 years after 2 visits and 3 treatments: Tight by Cutera, Hollywood Peel and Genesis that caused Horrific results! Melted away my youthful precious fat pads also known as subcutaneous fat that supports lift. Now I'm dealing with loss of lift and wrinkles throughout, cheeks, temples, eyes, around the mouth, all caused by these treatments. If you want to look older than your age, let Euro Charm do the job! They're very good at ruining your skin and reversing a lifetime of taking care of your skin. The problem with this industry is that it's not regulated to protect against Unprofessional, Unqualified, Uncaring, Charlatans who are Money hungry like Euro Charm. No class! No care in the world except to focus on the 5% they charged me to reimburse a package of treatments. They didn't want to even look at my face, but wanted me out as quickly as possible before they opened shop. Shame on them! I'm now seeing a dermatologist and using a medical grade skin care line working to patiently reverse the skin damage caused by Euro Charm but unfortunately, gone is my subcutaneous fat that keeps the cheeks high, and face supple and youthful looking. How dare they!!!

1. Unreachable: multiple phone calls and emails before each appointment…read more 2. Services: RF skin tightening (facial): - The treatments are recommended to take between 15-60 minutes; my first one was 30 min, the second 15 min, and the third 20 min. - Initial treatments are supposed to be weekly, which I suggested; she refused, saying she's doing them monthly. 3. Atmosphere: very tense from the beginning, Sandy is abrupt and not a nice person; it's a cold, uninviting place. Another important thing: I respect everyone's religious affiliations, but if it's time for your prayer, please close the shop and do it in your own privacy; your customers should not be made to listen to your prayers - absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable. I basically wasted almost $200. The worst part is that I had no chance to see if these treatments actually work--Avante - the worst experience.

THIS REVIEW FOR NATURAL BLONDES…read more For the non-blondes: It's hard to be a blonde. We have light hair. Light features. And our brows? Well, they tend to be... non-existent. My entire life has been a brow struggle. I could write an essay on that alone. I'm going to be honest. I won't be back for brows. I don't know if they just didn't have a range of tints to choose from, but she chose the darkest brown for my brows and told me to scrub them if they were too dark for me. It's not about even the skin tint, the hair colour is wrong. Yes, they were less bold, but the hairs are still nearly black. At other places, they've used a light brown which of course works better with my generally fair features. Do I have to come back more frequently? Yes, but that's also part of being a natural blonde. The shaping and wax was pretty wrong too. I know it's a challenge. They are blonde and I didn't give you how they normally look... but I was also looking to work with my brow shape thinking the microneedling experience would give you a reasonable idea on how to map them, etc... which is why I grew them out. I will certainly have to grow them back out over the next two months since the top-front of my brow was waxed away to a.. weird point? Having said that - they seem to have a lot of interesting services that I would like to try there - hydrofacial, microneedling... all of that. It was clean, quiet, and she worked dilligently and kindly. Parking is easy. I don't really hold it against the spa... very few people get this one right. It's been a struggle for many years. I'll come back and update my review on other services.

Today, I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment and was immediately told by Sonika that only half of my service could be completed. While I understand that lateness can affect scheduling, what was disappointing was the way the situation was handled. I was spoken to in a rude and confrontational manner, accused of not valuing her time, and made to feel reprimanded rather than assisted. When I tried to discuss the matter with reception, no effort was made to resolve the issue beyond suggesting that I submit feedback by email. To make matters worse, another staff member came out and told me to lower my voice, despite the fact that I was speaking calmly and respectfully throughout the interaction. If anything, it was Sonika who was being loud and confrontational. I found this both unfair and upsetting. In over four years as a regular client, I have never had a single complaint. That is why today's experience was so shocking and disappointing. I encourage management to review the recordings from today, as the level of customer service I experienced was far below what I have come to expect from this business. Sadly, after today's experience, I will not be returning and regret having recommended this location to others.
