Manicure with shellac. Lasted 5 days. Nails started chipping after 3. The experience was mediocre. Technician did not say one word to me. She did point though to where I should put my hands. Too many other places in Maple Ridge. Don't Subject your nails to shoddy work. read more

Please please PLEASE avoid this place!!! I went in for a pedicure and specifically told the lady to not cut or file my big toe as I am super prone to ingrown toe nails and it took years and multiple surgeries for my toe to be normal. She didn't listen and argued with me saying it'll grow longer.. so she cut and filed them after I specifically told her NOT to. Once she put the base coat on and cured it I guess she saw some skin on the side of my toe and grabbed cuticle clippers and instead of cutting it she literally YANKED it off causing me pain and next thing I know I look down and my toe is bleeding, and wouldn't stop bleeding. She took cotton and NAIL GLUE and glued the cotton to my toe... she GLUED BLOODY COTTON TO MY TOE.. But that isn't even the icing on the cake, the cuticle cutters and nail glue had my blood on them and she just wiped them off without sanitizing and put them back.. I am incredibly disgusted thinking if someone had some sort of disease how it could be transferred. I don't even know how this place is still open and running at this point. Please stay clear of this place. At the end of all this they charged me the full 52.50... and here I am a week later with a fucked up toe and 52 dollars short. read more

Lovely new nail salon in Maple Ridge! Excellent customer service and so clean. I love the decor and the service is excellent. I think this is the best service I have had in a nail salon. Great attention to new nail styles. I love it when staff have great nails and give you great ideas. And the do threading!!!lots of parking and really nice music as well. I unfortunately have stopped using Daisy nails, the staff has all changed and the once attentive services have disappeared. The owner is lovely but when she is not in the studio the staff just doesn't care. I think you need to hire staff who care about the job they do. read more

I'm extremely impressed and will definitely be back! I came here with my friend for her birthday, as she wanted to get her nails done but our usual place wasn't available. Upon looking for nail salons in Maple Ridge, I came across Daisy Nails Spa which the reviews were great and they have the highest rating out of all the salons in town. We walked in for our appointment and were immediately greeted and they started on our nails right away. I had a specific picture of what I wanted, yet my nails came out somewhat different from the photo. I'm not complaining though, since the lady doing my nails (props to her for being pregnant and still doing nails, taking her time to be careful and proper) made my nails look even better than the original photo. I've gotten so many compliments on them and will FOR SURE be back! My friend's nails are also beautiful, the lady did a great job on the shape and replicating the photo my friend had for her nail idea. Overall, I enjoyed being in this salon. It was relaxing and I will definitely be back. A great first impression left on my friend and I. We both agree that we would recommend many people to come here for their nails. read more

Came here with my husband for manis & pedis the customer service was beyond awesome they were so nice and chatty "which we love" they were joking and laughing with us. The store is new and very cleannnnnn!!!! Hands down this is the place nail joint in maple ridge !!!!! The girls are awesome I loved my nails and feet will be regulars here and totally recommend this place. Oh the you get a free massage while your getting your nails did !!!! read more

Usually a good place but today's manicure pedicure was a disaster. Pedicure is sloppy and polish on top thick. She took off my gel and ground off spots of my real nail while leaving on the gel. O kept asking her to fix it. It something was getting lost in translation. I will never ever go back nor recommmed them to anyone read more

I have been a client at Daisy Nail Spa since August after moving from Vancouver. I have had acrylics done for over 10 years. I found a great nail tech at Daisy nails who has done my fills with a shellac gel polish, and have been happy up until my most recent appointment. The tech who normally does my nails was off on the day that I wanted to come in so I had Nina do them instead, after she had buffed my nails before applying the shellac I noticed that a number of my nails were paper thin on the tips...with years of experience in getting acrylic nails done I know that they need to be a bit thicker or they will break off. I asked Nina to build up a few that were really thin. Then Nina decided to apply 4 coats of the shellac to make up for the thinness of the acrylic (she knew she had buffed them too thin), but when you get 4 coats of shellac gel polish it makes them look super fake and they looked awful. I told her I wasn't happy with them, so she redid the shellac, which thinned out the acrylic even more. By this time, she had her next client waiting and my appointment which should only take and hour and a half took almost 2 and a half. I knew the nails would break, but I had to go, so I paid and left. Later that same evening, while emptying out my dishwasher THREE of my nails broke. I called the next day and asked to come in to repair them. Hannah who took my call complained that it was my fault that they were thin because I had Nina redo the shellac...CUSTOMER SERVICE RULE #1;don't blame the customer or treat them like it's their fault!! What Hannah failed to realize was that they were too thin to begin with, NOT MY FAULT! Anyways, I came in had them fixed, and was made to feel like it was my fault, with absolutely no apology for the inconvenience of me having to come in again! The next day a FORTH nail broke, and I'm not surprised by this at all. I called to ask if I could come in to have it repaired, I was told they were fully booked, even though it would only take 10 mins, they couldn't fit me in. I called again today as now I've had a broken nail for over a week, and I was told they are fully booked into the new year, and then the phone went dead. I tried calling back thinking it was disconnected, but someone kept answering and then hanging up. Wow, I'm in complete shock, I've NEVER been treated this deplorably in any customer service experience. I was never rude to any of them, they simply didn't want to fix the mistake they made and now I'm left with a broken nail for the duration of the holidays. If the color that I used was available in other salons I'd just go somewhere else but the polish I picked is a rare one, and I've called around to ask with no success at finding it. So this is why I'm pretty upset as I'll now have to pay another $50-$60 at a DIFFERENT salon to get them redone. They have lost a customer. And hopefully they can figure out proper customer service skills to avoid further bad reviews. read more

Sorry but my Acrylic french nails only lasted 8 days. Good thing the wedding was in 6 days. The thumbs are holding up. All lifting and getting caught on things. Hopefully they will take them off at no charge as I paid 60.00 plus tax for them as I had some gems put on them. read more
