When our motel's breakfast room failed to open on time, we sought other options in town. There aren't many and Sugar Time is the best of the lot. - Cool space; easy to sit and drink coffee while you wait. - Speaking of waiting, although it wasn't busy at all, we had to wait quite a while for our food. Not super long like another Yelper commented but long enough I wondered whether they'd lost the order. - Decent food. The veggie quiche is small but tasty; the breakfast burrito maybe less so. I only ate half of it.

I was on vacation in Enterprise Oregon, (Eastern Oregon). Well a local suggested this place and well like I said in some of my other reviews. The locals are so amazing and kind. This place was absolutely amazing. The food was great and the sandwich my girlfriend has (she loved) I had hash-browns eggs and the huge sausages that actually the best I've had in many years. The lighting was bright and easy on the eyes. They even have all kinds of dessert. I had a delicious lemon tart and I loved it. Good flavor. Again I will highly recommend this little gem that will make a huge splash on your taste buds. So if you're in that neck of the state. Make this a place to eat. I did and I will again.

Super cute little shop. Stopped in for coffee and a sweet treat. The berry scone was delicious! Sis enjoyed her maple roll. Service was fine.

The food, as always, is amazingly good and tastes so fresh. The service is always kind and patient, but they always seem spread thin, one more staff member would help immensely. That being said, they never wavered in their customer service. Went twice this stay. Once for lunch the next for goodies. EVERYTHING was good. Reason for the 4 stars, it is a bit pricey.

A cute small town cafe in a historical building. I didn't try the coffee but the food is super tasty. My only complaint is having a hard time deciding on what to eat here. Berry scones are light and buttery. Orange roll was fresh and citrusy. The breakfast burritos are excellent. Packed with fillings and served with side of various fruits. Quiche was good too. They also had fantastic looking cookies, pies, granola, berry bars, and more. You will not be disappointed

Savory & sweet scones are quite delicious. And the ham & cheese breakfast panini is large enough to be both breakfast and lunch. The pumpkin pie was pretty good too. It was disappointing that the staff were not wearing masks. I think the community at large doesn't believe in mask wearing so businesses walk a fine line.

Delicious soup, sandwiches, sweets and tea. Super cute clock decor. Friendly staff. Our favorite spot in this little town.

Such a cute bakery. Love the timeless theme. Feels like Alice in wonderland. The people are very kind. Very welcoming and pleasant. We got some pastries and the cupcakes are amazing. In love with the orange cream cupcake. The cinnamon rolls was great and the berry bar were delicious. Definitely worth a stop if you are ever heading to Wallowa Lake.

Great drinks, great breakfast sandwiches, and some of the best looking desserts I've seen! The service is outstanding, too.

Perfect for a convivial friends meet up so kickback, beer buzz through the craft brew tap list and eat up. Food is great. They have local Enterprise 100% grass fed Carmen Ranch beef or Stangle bison. Wife loved classic bison with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo on a fresh ciabatta bun. I loved the spicy Jack bison topped with charred, jalapeño, relish, Diablo sauce, pepper, jack, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. Big side salad with several choices of dressings. Great ambience and service with cold tasty craft brews and delicious grub!

After sitting down, we realized there was no QR code so we had to go back and wait. The beer was underwhelming, the IPA in particular was disappointing. After ordering, we were told the food would take about 40 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes. When it was finally ready, we had to go pick it up ourselves and carry it back across the creek. Given the lack of service, it's unclear why a tip is expected. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it, both the burger and BLT were mediocre, and everything arrived cold. Overall, takes a long time and there are much better options in town.

That clinched it. We went for lunch and my wife had the Ubon chicken soup and I had the Beef chimichurri salad. We loved them both! I got a large romaine salad with chicken. It was plain, but in a good way. I don't know what it is about Joseph and Enterprise, Oregon, but the size of their salads is about five times bigger than where I'm from, and I'm loving it. It was hard for me to finish because it was so big, and I am a big eater. The lettuce tasted very fresh, and the dressing tasted homemade. Regarding the service, the woman who greeted and served me was extremely polite. She checked on me often, filled my water every time it was down a couple of ounces, and seemed very kind. I would say the service was great. When it comes to the ambiance, this place is a trip. Honestly, I did a double take and walked in and out a couple of times because I wasn't sure it was a restaurant. I thought it was a pet shop. I honestly could not tell. To me, it was definitely quirky, but it fit the overall vibe of the town of Joseph. I really enjoyed watching all of the customers come in with their dogs. The dogs were so happy and immediately got treats. It was dog heaven, to be honest. It made me think about my dog, who is no longer with us, in kind of a sad way. At the same time, it made me want another dog. The next time I'm in Joseph, I'll definitely be stopping back by here to grab a bite.
